Worst repair experience ever, constant lies. We will see if I get the device back before Christmas at this rate😂.

Only positive is respectful staff on the phone. Professional? Not in the slightest considering the lies and lack of promised communication.

This was a Fonehouse warranty repair, MobileReborn sent a label that wouldn't be accepted by RoyalMail delivery office or Post Office after I had asked for a QR code print label as I don't have a printer, they confirmed that it was one on 09/12/2024. When I go to the post office the office the label QR code was rejected, I called them and was advised by CS they would call back or email within an hour after they had spoken to management (3 promised and non were received). Eventually after complaining to Fonehouse they (Fonehouse) offered to refund postage, MobileReborn not helpful at all.

They got the device on a 11/12/2024, after asking for expedited repair due to travel, I was promised an email by the end of Wednesday, the email was supposed to
-confirm the turnaround time
- provide a fault report and options available before fixing the device. This came with caveat that in the unlikely event that they are unable to expedite the repair, the turnaround time would 5 days from receipt.

Come Friday 13/12/2024 after no emails or calls as promised, I called back and was advised that they would not be expediting the repair. I asked them not to repair the phone, just compile the fault report and send it back as I was rejecting the phone. They advised they would let the technicians know.

On Wednesday 18/12 I got an email advising that the phone had been repaired and they wanted to know what to do with it. For me this failure to follow simple instructions
-don't repair the phone and send it back
- send me a fault report
I replied asking for the fault report and requested that they dispatch the phone on Thursday so I am available for delivery. Imagine the shock when I get an email saying that they will ask the technician to complete the fault report. They advised they would post the phone on Thursday as requested.

Thursday 19/12, I called back to ask whether the phone will be posted today. They confirmed it would be posted in the evening (tracking number was to be received when the device was collected) and the fault report will be sent today or tomorrow via email.

Friday 20/12, as usual lack of communication from this company, the device was not sent. The reason apparently I requested that the device not be sent until the fault report is complete, when I corrected the CS advisor on what was discussed with Chloe (advisor I spoke to on Thursday), the explanation changed to the phone was held back to complete fault report.

I don't think I am going to trust that fault report. What repair company doesn't do a report of the fault at the point it arrives on the technician's station and doesn't let the customer know what their repair options are. They are now completing a fault report on a device that has been fixed, that doesn't make any sense.

Odered an iphone 14 pro max via Amazon so where it came from was out of my control. Device turned up fine but as soon as i got it out the box the screen was totally unresponsive! How this could happen is totally beyond me. Clearly this company has no quality control before sending out products! I would not purchase from this company again and will be wary of who is fulfilling orders on Amazon in the future (Amazon doesnt allow you to leave negative reviews for sellers)

I thought I'd give Mobile Reborn a try and get an excellent condition refurbished phone as a Christmas present for someone. The phone arrived, and the first thing I did was charge it. I even ordered a new, supposedly better quality charging cable with it. To my disappointment, the phone wouldn't even charge. I called the helpline, and they told me to hard reset it, saying it should fix the problem. Unfortunately, it still wouldn't charge.

I asked for the returns procedure and was then asked to take clear pictures of the phone’s condition, front and back. They said if I couldn't provide good quality pictures, I couldn't return it. I had literally had the phone for half an hour! Then I got another email saying that once they received the phone and investigated it for no signs of damage done by me, then and only then would they instate my 12-month repair warranty.

I understand there are procedures, and faults need investigation, but the level of customer service and response has been terrible. I don't want a replacement; I just want a refund now. I've been sent a faulty phone that's supposedly gone through full diagnostic checks. Now I have to go out of my way to send it back right before Christmas. A Christmas present is down, and if they decide it’s not my fault, I might get a replacement. Absolute joke. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Really impressed with the packaging compared to other companies I have recently purchased from. (Not just put in a random box with very little protection) I like the fact you have had your own boxes made up to make sure the phones are well protected. Shows your dedicated to providing an excellent standard of service. Overall quality of the phone was good. I wish they made it a bit more clearer that they was a few scratches on the phone. It's not a massive deal breaker as it was probably reflected in the price. Ordered about 2pm and was delivered before 10am the next day. Overall tho I will definitely purchase from these again

I have ordered three phones from this company in the past year and out of the three two have been faulty. And the quality has meant to of been excellent which clearly they were not. Mobile reborn are quick enough to take your money but trying to get it back is a right nightmare you have to keep on at them to get it sorted. The second phone I ordered iPhone XR was meant to be excellent quality and came in poor quality and was replaced, then the replacement phone came with an unknown battery so on this one I had no idea what the battery health was. The third phone an iPhone 12 pro max again was supposedly excellent condition and came with a raised screen on the bottom right hand corner and a good dink on the bezel. When I tried to set the phone up with face recognition or apple id the phone would just restart Everytime and has taken a week of getting on to this company to get the device returned for a refund as I will not use this company again, there are plenty of good companies out there back market etc which is where I will go in future so save your money and time people and do not use this company find another.
