I brought a refurbished iPhone 12 in…
I brought a refurbished iPhone 12 in good condition and it came with no scratches on the screen, only a couple on the side and the cameras and everything worked. I had an issue with the battery as they had replaced it so it was coming up as not being a genuine iPhone part and I contacted customers service and they helped to resolve the issue would recommend it came really quickly aswell.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend
Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Phones are faulty with bad batteries not original iPhone screens which they don’t state, I paid for excellent condition and it definitely isn’t as they say, I’m having to mess around waiting for a return address to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous should check phones before selling fair enough has a few marks scuffs, but you should know if the battery is faulty as it goes off even when fully charged not to mention you can tell it’s had a faulty screen replacement.

After looking at the test report for your device before dispatch, it had met our minimum battery health of 80% and passed all functionality tests; it can take a couple of charging cycles for the battery to reach it's full optimisation. If the device does not function how it should, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we can utilise your 12 month repair or replace warranty.

Would be a good idea for purchases made at the weekend to indicate that next day delivery is not available until the Monday if purchasing on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
