Simlair to many on here, passed the credit check but rejected on internals checks. How can that be possible. No issues with credit - ever, first time I've been rejected for a phone for no real reason. Samsung need to reject this third party vendor a complete joke of a company. What internals do you have other than a credit check ? I like to know what information you hold on me above a credit check. I have no other business with you. Spoken to network, they have no application from them.

Steal your bank details and cancel your order for no apparent reason. I have an exceptional credit record. Went through samsung website. Disappointed they're partnered up with such a theiving company

It took 2 and half hours ,to get new cell and an additional cell added
The employees were nice,and friendly but when asked will the charger cord fit my block at home, She assumed it ,when I got home, the Google charger cord didn't fit my block.
I wouldn't get the screen protector for that price. It didn't last.
It should for the price.

Application got rejected with no reason given after placing an order through Samsung. They have now blocked me from being able to put a new application in for 90 days with no means to contact them or challenge the decision they made. I am deeply disappointed in Samsung for using this service as they lack transparency in their workings and communications between businesses using this is very poor.

I had an exceptional experience with the staff at this mobile shop at 130th ave se, Calgary. Leena went out of her way to be very helpful,getting me the best promotions and discounts available. Would def. recommend the customer service at this store. Thank you again.

Wish I had seen these comments before ordering but I put my trust in Samsung rather than mobileshop.
Is this a scam then? Order cancelled as "network" declined contract. Called Three and they never received any application and was happy to provide me with a contract... really disappointed..especially with Samsung.

Going to have to see if I get my money back

Since the 4th of February 2025, I paid £556.79 for the new Samsung 25+ looked liked a great offer to be told my credit was not accepted. Ive still never received the money back or refunded. Absolutely a disgrace and disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting- how Samsung put their name to this I will never know. DO NOT ORDER YOUR PHONE THROUGH THEM. I checked out my order thinking it was £20 per month with three, in the presale then recieved an email from Samsung/mobile shop showing additional £27 but no total bill. Called Samsung, awaiting call back for 3 days after repeated calls to them. They suggest I call 3 as they can't tell me my total bill! Called 3 - no record of me whatsoever then got called back by a scam company pretending to be 3 in the mean time and nearly got scammed. Still no nearer to knowing how much my monthly cost is and if it is what I think it is, it's an absolutely terrible deal I'm locked in to. You go round and round in circles trying to get information that no one can answer so I cant even send my phone back. You cannot contact mobile shop, 3 have no record of me and Samsung don't call you back! SAMSUNG SCAM PLEASE AVOID. Shocking experience. I will never use again

I called to cancel the protection plan. They said they can't find my account (phone number, postal code, bank card info when signed up...beware if your card is changed. Keep track of your info!) I called multiple times and they're reading from a script. They said the plan was cancelled 2.5 years ago, but still getting charged (last payment made.December 31, 2024) So, I'm taking this to BBB, media, and am launching a civil suit. Lawyer said if we have enough people scammed, this can become a class action. They pissed off the wrong customer. Don't mess with people's hard earned money! I want a refund ($538.40 for 2.5 years payments) or they're going to find our how mean publicity can get! They don't give you any useful information. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

Honestly such a scam and headache, DO NOT RECOMMEND, will be going back to apple care.

Returned phone but still getting charged.
Contacted three directly who tell me it has nothing to do with them.
Trying to contact mobileshop.com and no number to ask what's going on.
Now I seem to be stuck with paying a 2 year contract that hasn't been used

Never purchase a device protection through the Mobile Shop and Loblaws. They will charge you monthly for the next 25 years even though your phone isn’t in service and your plan expire.

Jason went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot issues my new phone. He has outstanding soft skills and connects with customers immediately. Outstanding customer service. Sandeep provided needed support.

I wish there was a ZERO star or worse than useless score I could give this company. They accept order via Samsung.com but then phone doesn't arrive, so you call Samsung and they tell you to contact Mobileshp.com, also known as A1 comms Ltd.
I spent more than a week chasing my order to no avail. Eventually I spoke to a very angry and rude man, who told me my order was "Knackered" and not to phone his company again.
I emailed CEO of A1comms Ltd, asking him to explain what his staff meant by "Knackered". Needless to say there was no explanation! I would advise anyone reading this review before ordering from Samsung.com please be prepared to be insulted by this company.

I ordered my S23 with a great package deal from Mobileshop.com and had emails from them and Samsung straight away, paid the deposit but then got worried as things didn't seem to be moving. I came to here and read reviews and thought I'd been ripped off and would have a fight on my hands.

Thankfully that was not the case, ok it took a little while, but I received my phone and all was great.

A few weeks later I received my £100.00 cashback and then a few weeks more, my free Samsung ear buds just in time for me to give them to my son for Christmas.

All has been great for me and I have no complaints at all.... Great phone, fantastic data package for price and great rewards....Thank you.

Awful company, passed around different phone numbers, 3 emails and no reply, no communication after a week of ordering the phone, avoid at all costs, i will also be reporting them to MSE as thats where the referral came from - surely they don't want to be associated with a scam company.

I took out a contract on a Samsung s23 which was delivered last week. I cannot use it as the SIM hasn't been activated. Called three, who the contract is with and they have no trace of me as a new customer at all. Unable to help.

Mobileshop.com, their website doesn't work. The numbers on there are not their own and they are Samsung numbers. So have been round in circles with Samsung numerous times as they advise they cannot get a hold of mobileshop and keep telling me to try later. Anxious I am nearing the 14 day cooling off period end I need this sorted. All I need is my sim activated and there is literally zero way to contact mobileshop.com to do this. The one number they do have has had an evacuation message on for 3 days advising they have been evacuated.

I am about to draw up an in detail letter and email to trading standards, the ombudsman and OFCOM regarding this company as I am beyond stressed and anxious and there seems to be no way for me to resolve such a simple issue.

Avoid. Ordered phone though samsung and goes through to 3rd party mobile shop. They accepted my Id and took money from my account then cancelled order with a pathetic excuse one week later. Take my advice use another company.total disgrace

I ordered through the Martin lewis website as there was a link for cheap mobile phone contracts. Found a great deal through Samsung/mobile shop. See that it was actually mobile shop so came on here to check them out. Oh dear I panicked after seeing all the reviews 😬 I have had absolutely no issues with them. Ordered on the Thursday, phone arrived on the Sunday. Vodafone then taken over from there. One comment I would make to mobile shop is a bit more communication by email maybe so everyone knows what's going on I had a worrying few days until my phone arrived. Thanks mobile shop great deal ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My order was cancelled after providing all proof of ID Requested and the reason given “it has failed to meet their internal credit and security criteria". my credit report is well well above average so not sure what check. Have provided all they asked for. Called them and was on hold for more than an hour then gave up. Terrible service. Will never use them again.
