Very easy purchase - spoke to the company before the purchase, and they were very helpful. The chair arrived when promised and was well packaged and fully assembled. - The battery is on charge and we will be testing it on Wednesday - up to now, we are very pleased

There was a slight "hiccup" with the fixing of the control arm which was rectified quickly by ME by sending control arm fixing express delivery. Control is secure and I am very pleased with the unit (don't like calling it a wheel chair). Happy days now we're mobile.

Excellent service

My charger was removed from the back of my wheelchair (also from Mobility Extra) therefore, had to order another. The service was rapid, ordered it one day, got it the next. That's what I call brilliant customer service.

After much investigation online and over the telephone with numerous other companies I, spoke with a gentleman at Mobility Extra who provided me with information and advice on the electric scooters that I failed to receive from other dealers.
I spoke with him on the 20th October 2025 to discuss the scooters that his company sold. He was most helpful and advised me on the product that he felt would best suit my needs. As a result, I purchased a scooter on the 20th October 2025 and this was delivered to me on the 23rd October 2025.
I would like to thank him for his advice and help.

Sadly my chair broke, took it to local repairer, who said couldn’t get the part. Which was the controller & cable. So called mobility extra for advice. Absolutely great had the part shipped that day I got it next day.
Was fitted. Now able to get about again.
Customer service is great and friendly.
Never thought about getting spares from them. Also ordered another cable to connect the 2 spare batteries together, for added usage when out. I would recommend this company 100%.

Easy to use website with clear and precise details,good pricing the wheelchair i ordered for my wife was a lot dearer else where,had to phone up to clarify a couple of points the gentleman we spoke was very helpful,the delivery from DX was spot on,lovely customer experience.

I am really happy with my choice of powerchair (MX-ULTRA). It arrived on time and as advertised. It's very different to my previous powerchair and I struggled briefly with my confidence at using the joystick, but I quickly adapted to it. It folds up and down with ease and helps give me my independence.

Every thing is fine with the scooter but you Sent too wing mirrors pointing in the same direction as i could not find a address to inform you
