Great customer service from Mobility-Extra
Great customer service from Mobility-Extra. They were very prompt in getting a replacement joystick screw (which had got loose, fallen out and lost when going around a garden centre) sent to me by post. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size as it became apparent that there are variations to the wheelchair I purchased from them. With a few photos we managed to identify the correct screw which Tommy immediately despatched and it reached me the next day. Perhaps a design flaw with the CX-2 wheelchair that the two screws securing the joystick can loosen and fall out without being noticed so I have put some tape across the screws to ensure if they loosen again we can avoid losing them. Otherwise a great power wheelchair with excellent maneuverability.

Electric wheelchair
I had purchased an electric wheelchair for my mother, I had a few questions about adding a carers control and got an answer straight away. The chair was very easy to use straight away, only had to connect a couple of things and we were ready to use it. The chair itself is amazing, great quality. Would highly recommend

Come up trumps
Once again Mobility Extra have come up trumps with the small and stylish S-2 Echo Scooter. I also have a motorised wheelchair from them but there are some outdoor places that are just easier with a scooter. The S-2 Echo is an ideal size with maximum benefit. I’ve been out on it most days, sometimes even multiple times a day.
My one and only gripe was getting the scooter out of the box. Fortunately my husband is able-bodied but still found it a problem.
