The order and the delivery were swift and easy. Mobility Extra was really efficient. I thought it would take longer, but it was delivered in good time. The box was huge! But it was a lovely surprise seeing that beautiful silver scooter. It was easy to assemble, the instructions were clear and precise and it was smooth and sturdy to ride on.

I purchased a R2 rollator and received it the next day. The service was amazing. The rollator was everything I wanted but the first time I used it i found it unstable
I contacted Mobility Extra and they very promptly replied suggesting we double check we were pushing the seat down to lock the frame properly
On checking this we pushed the seat down harder and problem solved!

I am really pleased with my purchase, it was very well packaged and exactly what I expected it to be. We bought it for my husband to use around the house and he finds it so easy to manoevre. Although a little too speedy even on the lowest setting. Hopefully he will get used to this.I did find that the diagrams in the instruction book were a little difficult to follow as the writing is so small.

Very happy with the wheelchair, had a couple of little niggles which were sorted within 24 hrs.

A superb wheelchair that gives comfort when out and about a great service from ordering to delivery thanks to all involved

Had problems with a loose wife that apparently we had pulled out somehow.
This was a week before Christmas with my husband relying on it due to an operation and being unable to walk.
This was on a Thursday and we were left panicking over the weekend but was assured a technician would be down on Monday.
As promised Steve turned up and gave me a replacement for Christmas whilst mine was taken for repair.
Week later he returned and swapped it back.
Very impressed but would advise all to check cables aren’t sagging and tighten if they need it.

Speedy and helpful service to provide spare wheelchair part

I bought a Mobility Extra electric wheelchair for my Dad a few months ago. The chair has been good, but after a few weeks we had a problem with the charger - the team at ME were super-helpful and responsive and organised for a new charger to be sent straight away. Very friendly and helpful people. Excellent after-sales service.

Very efficient delivery and very good response to a question about fitting additional control bracket. The MAX Air chair is well made and really easy to manoeuvre - very pleased with our purchase,
