Super quick delivery, great product price and very helpful after care

We were welcomed as we arrived to view wheelchairs. Demonstrations were comprehensive and knowledgeable. No pressure to purchase and when we decided to buy the sale and delivery arrangements were satisfactorily arranged.

Had my chair over a year now and I've gone from bedbound to finding my world grow daily to the point where I have been able to become somewhat independent again and start a new life so to say this company is great is just the tip of the iceberg. So quick to help with any issues even when the dog takes a liking to munching armrests. I can't thank them all enough for giving my life back

I bought my the MX-2R on Sunday 22nd. The phone line was shut but they answered on WhatsApp very quickly and answered all my questions so I could understand how it worked. I was very impressed. I got the chair delivered on Wednesday 25 which was very quick! I am so happy with the chair. The stick to drive it is very sensitive and doesn’t need a lot of pushing which is fantastic for my hands because I struggle. I was very impressed and would recommend the chair to anyone but also tell people your customer service is excellent. Thank you so much for all your help again!

Absolutely fantastic service on a Sunday afternoon out of hours! We have just purchased an MX-2R Powerchair on line. We have tried a number of alternative chairs in local shops but were keen to try and find a stockist to try this particular model. We sent a WhatsApp message on a Sunday afternoon to ask for local suppliers, we were not anticipating a response today - but had a message back immediately! Unfortunately there is no local supplier but we received an excellent service with many questions asked and answered in great detail which allowed us to go ahead and order with confidence. Very excited to try the new chair!

I purchased a second hand wheelchair knowing nothing about it. I called Mobility extra and spoke to Tommy. He was brilliant and explained exactly what I needed to do and he was more than happy to explain everything

Really pleased with the quality of the folding manual.wheelchair. the booklet isn't particularly helpful as I didn't know how to lock the wheels when the wheelchair is stationary but a quick email and a very speedy response soon gave me the answer I needed. Excellent customer service, speedy delivery, amazing value for money and a quality product.

Really liked the next day delivery have just tried scooter and i am very happy with its performance and how easy to fold thank you very much

I was very pleased with my purchase and the prompt delivery

The walker is beautifully made but not for me.
It does not open wide enough for the width of my shoulders and I have trouble with severe pain in my elbows when they take the weight of my body.
I am requesting a refund

Superfast! Ordered a mobility scooter on line, 24hrs later it was delivered to my home. Very pleased with the scooter and price, much lower than bigger care companies. Had to ring for initial advice and was answered immediately, no connection music! Gentleman was helpful and sorted us out quickly. Would recommend highly.

They were very efficient i ordered my part for my wheelchair on Monday and it was delivered express delivery got it the next day, the man I spoke to was very nice on the phone. Impressed

Excellent service , quality looks good , so far im very happy but i cant comment on longevity or reliability yet , i have no concerns and expect good results in both those areas tho

I purchased a folding mobility scooter as I cannot walk unaided so this was to let me get out and about … unfortunately I became ill on the day it was delivered and it stayed in the box until I was well enough to open and take it out. I found it very uncomfortable to sit as the back wasn’t adjustable and felt it pushed me forward and on going outside on the uneven ground jarred all my joints very painfully as there is no suspension yet it states that it is a comfort ride. It most definitely is not. I only managed to use it three times and asked for a refund as I wanted to return it as I cannot use it as it is much too painful. They refused. It was out of their 14 day rule . I will not be buying from them again nor will I recommend them!

The gentleman that deliverd it was so kind he put the box inside the hall zo i could close my front door.

I've had issues with the batteries not charging, I've messaged on WhatsApp and it was sorted in minutes, despite being on a Sunday morning! Excellent service

Had some difficulty choosing which electric wheelchair to get and was helped through WhatsApp ! When I went to order it wasn’t accepting my address and the customer service was incredible they amended the website allowing me to order ! I’m so grateful for their help and can’t wait for the wheelchair to arrive helping me independent.

This mobility aid was purchased by my charity to assist a service veteran undergoing palliative care. The user chose the particular model and within 2 days, it had arrived. Excellent communication from the company and timely delivery
