Very easy to order and arrived the next day, l haven't used it yet as I have not been very well, plus the weather ☁️ was really bad as to the delivery he did bring it to my front door l would have been very grateful if he would have helped me in to the house he didn't, as for the rest can't fault the company would recommend 👍

This is a great little wheelchair and I have had many compliments on it and enquiries as to where I purchased it.
It was reasonably priced and attractive and modern looking. It is the first electric wheelchair I have had.
It is very comfortable to sit in and easy to handle (subject to the difficulties I outline elsewhere) and the batteries last well.
I have a couple of issues that stop me from giving it 5 stars. One is that the control works loose from the arm of the chair no matter how tightly I screw it in and the second is that the chair is VERY difficult to control going through tight spaces. The front wheels tend to go in bizarre directions and it is difficult to get them to straighten. The result is that I tend to lurch in odd directions but overall it is still a good chair. I’m told that electric wheelchairs often do this. I have taken to either having to get out and haul it through manually (ok as it is light) as I cannot bend to adjust the freewheel levers. Alternatively if I have someone with me they often do it for me and wheel me through spaces. But difficult if you are alone in tight lifts. But overall I would highly recommend.

On the front wheel behaviour in tight spaces, this can sometimes be eliminated through gripping the joystick lower down, and we'd be happy to talk you through that — it may make navigating those tricky spots a lot easier.

They do not honour their 12 month…
They do not honour their 12 month warranty. Do not buy from them.
I purchased a powerchair from this company in November 2025 after fundraising for it while living with stage 4 cancer. Since then, the chair has had countless problems, and every time I have contacted them for help, I have felt that the blame has been placed on me rather than the issues being properly addressed.
The chair is mainly used to get me to and from hospital appointments, yet it has broken down multiple times and left me without a chair. Most recently, I was told that a tyre which has split open after only six months of use is not covered under warranty because it is considered “wear and tear”. I do not see how this could happen from normal wear & tear as such a new chair.
I was also provided with a courtesy chair which fell apart while I was out alone after only a few days of use, causing me injury. When I raised concerns, I did not feel that I was believed despite having evidence of what happened.
I was told I should have reported certain issues within 48 hours of receiving the chair, despite the fact that some problems developed over time through normal use.
The list of problems has felt endless. What should have been a vital piece of mobility equipment has instead become a constant source of stress. As someone living with stage 4 cancer, I need reliable equipment and support. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
I have now lost confidence in both the chair and the company. The chair needs fixing and they have said they’ll look at it but I have to pay for shipping. This would be the second time I’ve send my chair out to them.
They also suggest they have given me parts out of warranty and when I questioned what parts and they never answered.

As with all mobility equipment, our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship. It does not cover wear-and-tear items or damage resulting from impact, accidental damage, or general use. All warranty claims are assessed based on the condition of the component when inspected by our technicians, and we apply these terms consistently and fairly.
We have always been willing to investigate any concerns raised and have offered inspection, repair, and support in accordance with our warranty terms throughout. We do not accept the suggestion that your concerns have been ignored or that assistance has not been provided — we have worked hard to support you at every stage.
We remain open to helping further should you wish to get in touch with our team directly, and we genuinely hope we can find a resolution that gets you back to where you need to be.

I have been soooo impressed with the after sales I have received. I can honestly say that the whole experience has been nothing short of fantastic.
