Where do I start
Where do I start? Well my delivery was sent to a different county although my billing address was correct strange, I have lived where I am for the last 2 years so I wouldn’t have made a mistake with the address. I had to get my step son to drive me to Reading to see if it was there luckily it was, no offer of money back which I would have thought that was the least they could have done.

We do want to provide some context for anyone reading this. The order was dispatched to the delivery address entered at checkout, which differed from the billing address. When this was raised with us, we were able to provide proof of delivery including a signature at that address. During a subsequent call, the customer confirmed that the address the order was sent to was in fact his previous address — which strongly suggests the address was auto-populated from a previously saved entry during checkout rather than entered manually.
We want to be transparent: we have no ability to benefit from changing a customer's delivery address, and we would never do so. For us to have independently selected that specific address — out of the millions of possible addresses across the UK — and for it to coincidentally be the customer's previous home would be a 1 in 30,000,000 chance. We fulfilled the order exactly as placed and the chair was successfully delivered and signed for.
We do sympathise that the journey to collect the chair was inconvenient, and we're glad it was recovered safely. We'd always encourage customers to double-check their delivery address at checkout, particularly if autofill is enabled on their device, to avoid this happening.

The wheelchair looks well made and sturdy. It was easy to put together and arrived quickly. I phoned for advice before ordering and the man I spoke to (I wish I could remember his name!) was so helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. Overall great service!

Unfortunately after testing the scooter I found it was not suitable for me and I requested a return. That as arranged straight away and it was collected as requested. Very professional. My dealings with Mobility Express were very good.
