Replacement battery
I ordered a replacement battery, as the older seemed to be losing power. Upon receiving the battery it was damaged. I contacted support and Rachel was so helpful! I now have another battery in perfect condition within just a few days. Thank you!

The wheelchair arrived quickly
The wheelchair arrived quickly. I've been put in it and it seems comfortable and suspension seems good. Very easy to put up and down and it is light.

Just had a battery issue and had amazing support. They didnt try and sell me something I didnt need instead offered extra value support and wanted to make sure i jad double checked everything is working before even thinking of making any purchases. Its so refreshing to have a mobility company support you and try and save you money not try and rip you off at every opportunity or take advantage just because you need to use a wheelchair.
