Ordered product from them on May 20th, paid for it and it is now June 16th and the product has not been received.
Had been dealing with their customer service rep, Natalie, to try to find out what happened. I mentioned a refund on June 12th and haven't heard back from her. I assume I will have bite the bullet.

Recieved my order next working day for Hubby which was surprisingly fast during current times.

Great beard products, great service. Even during COVID it arrived within good time and was a great piece of kit as a gift for my boyfriend who now keeps his beard and mustache comb along with the many other products in the kit along to tame his growing COVID beard.

These guys are amazing, best customser service I've had, there products are amazing and smell so good, got some amazing tips from Mo Bros deffo bros of mine, will always get my beard care from you guys. Wish I got the Facebook chat guy's name would have shouted him out but he knows who he is absolute legend. Thanks guys

Have finished useing the personal box and it was amazing, the beard was soft and shiny and smelled amazing can’t wait to get more

My beard was dry and brittle. I had terrible dandruff, the first couple of days I found that the oil made my beard itch worse than ever before BUT it's now been a week IV used the beard oil daily and used the soap twice, no dandruff, completely rehydrated and no more broken hairs after combing, I can't recommend this stuff enough..... Thank you mo Bros!!!

First of all amazing customer service and second of all amazing products that smell anf make your bear feel so much more healthy. Will definitely be buying more products also the customised box looks amazing.

Products are A1 and as for delivery not bad, free delivery usually takes 2 days from order. The beard soaps are better than the shampoo in my opinion as they lather more, but the conditioner make it complete!!. Balms essential if you get dryness under the beard and the butters leave a nice matt finish compared to the oils.

Bad Customer service at mos bros Birmingham, impolite rude not helpful and judgmental on the bottom floor, man with goatee and long straight was straight up rude, not even a hello to warm things up.

Ordered product on 08th December 2018. Paid for 1st class shipping still have got the product. They say are still processing the order. give money back won't answer there phone line.

dont buy crap

Tell my why I should spend my money with you. Have tried to place an order online having trouble. Telephone the next day. Was told they are busy and to leave a message and they would contact me. Still waiting !!!!!

Great products and very reasonable prices. Not to mention they smell amazing.

Ordered a few times from morbros and delivery is always 3-5 days. I ordered a Kent brush and the lower priced Mobros version was delivered. This was rectified over the phone with no fuss at all and at no extra charge the correct one sent out.

The problem I have is the products severely dry my skin out under my beard. Now I have sensitive skin and think it’s just a case of my skin not liking the product NOT the product being bad in anyway. The scents are nice smelling but unfortunately I just don’t seem to be able to use mobros products.
