Reasonable pricing, always deliver on time. I have been shopping here for about a year now and the standard of service has always been high and consistent. Not sure I’m ready to shop elsewhere.

Called twice about a picnic bench, not called me back.

Tried paying for membership online 4 separate times and it has not worked!
Tried to order a different bench today and it's not taken payment?!

One part of my order was missing. Kept updated about new supply and delivered as advised with very little delay. Enquired whether I wanted to await delivery or get a refund. Good customer service.

Ordered dog food took the payment twice then said item out of stock!!! Ordered different dog food AGAIN took the money then out of stock, now my pending transaction is still pending what a shambles how are they even trading if they cannot even update there stock online until they’ve taken your payment. The place needs reporting to someone because this isn’t on and it’s not fair £170 almost I spend with them now having to chase another £60 odd pound AVOID THIS COMPANY

Great price but delivery a bit slow and not very well informed

Easy to order. Great sale price. Boots arrived promptly and on the day expected. They were in excellent condition and packed well. Comforting to have free guarantee cover in case there was a problem.

Ordered Aigle wellies online, they showed stock, accepted the order, I chased the order 5 days later to be told they had no stock and would take upto 5 days to return my money

Dog Food went mouldy in a few weeks.
My friends dog passed away and they gave us a huge bag of which our dog really liked. It stayed fresh and lasted a long time. So when that ran out we bought exactly the same type, size and flavour. After keeping in exactly the same cupboard in the same room which we had kept our previous brand and the bag we were given mould appeared on it. I contacted customer services on the 18th September and I never received an apology or a reply. I sent pictures and bar codes to assist them

I ordered two items, both of which were stated to be in stock. On Friday 8 September I received 1 item only, with a note stating 'Items to be delivered in separate shipment ....'. No further shipment yet, why not?

I cant fully review Mole Valley Online as after ordering the goods 10 days ago, I still haven't received a thing, not even an email update, just this request for a review!

Online system not fully functional and waited some time before they would give me my goods. Notification email arrived 3 days later.

I received my order today even though there were problems with there tech service .. will defernatly use them again

I have known and used Mole Valley Farmers for many years for my equestrian needs. This time I needed something different and found exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was speedy and I am very happy with the product.
