Very rude accounts department. Very unprofessional and put phone down on call.

What I dislike most about this company is the way they place new and inexperienced members of staff on the tills and leave them to fend for themselves while lazy old timers stand gossiping. I’ve seen this countless times with my own eyes and seen new staff come and go. This is the Cirencester branch specifically. Also their stock management is the worst. I’ve honestly no idea how they remain in business.

The website was easy to use. My order came quickly and I was given correct useful updates.

No issues with delivery

I placed an order and half arrived with a note stating the other half would be sent in a separate package; a few days later I received an email stating it was no longer available and a refund would be processed within 3-5 working days. Refund has been made, I was disappointed that I didn’t receive the amount of food I required and had to go out to find the outstanding product. The whole ideal of ordering online was to save time which unfortunately did not happen. The half of the order I received did come well packaged and in good condition.

Last year many people would of notice the shop in frome was pretty much empty that because the whole shop was infested with mice they was messing all over there food all the staff I did was wipe the off

I really like Mole valley store, great products reasonable prices, its just a shame about the staff.
I recently had to return an item that I'd bought via the online store. When I told the rather officious lady behind the cash desk why I was there she said, "It's an online item, It's not my job", she then bustled off and dissappeared. After a while a guy appeared and dealt with the matter courteously and efficiently and apologised for the delay. He said "I seem to be the only one here who can do anything".

Each year the Liskeard branch donate the most beautiful Christmas tree to our school. Great place to gather gifts for those who have animals too.

We purchased a large wheelbarrow which we spotted in store and paid £124 as listed. It was too big to fit in the car so we said we would go back with a trailer to pick it up. It is a 50 mile round trip so we didn't go for a couple of weeks . On arrival we were told that the sale price was wrong and that it should have been £360. No apology, no effort to honour the sale or even meet us half way. Eventually we got a refund. No compensation for time or diesel. We probably could have fought this but life's too short. We'll never go back

Owned by farmers these stores are exceptional in both service and product we wouldn't go anywhere else for price and quality and excellent service. Keep up the fantastic work guys.

We have received excellent customer service following the ordering of a 12kg bag of dry dog food, which was also sold at a very competitive price. I ended up collecting it from the woeful DHL depot and realised that the actual bag had a cut in it and food had leaked into the outer plastic packaging. I contacted customer services who I sent some photos to of the bag, and they arranged for a replacement to be sent when we returned from holiday. The replacement was swiftly sent on the date I requested and sent via priority delivery.
Don’t necessarily take note of the other negative reviews as Mole Valley have clearly sorted out some of their previous issues. Highly recommended and would use again.

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a fly rug and 10 days later I’d heard nothing though the money had been taken. I contacted them to be told there was no stock and I would receive a refund. Why did it take ten days and for me to contact them before they told me the item was out of stock. Apparently a warehouse problem. Reading their past reviews they appear to have lots of warehouse issues. Would never use again. They were quick to take my money but not quick to give it back. Appalling service. Steer clear!!!!

got asked to leave Yeovil store and accused of having shoplifted in the store before i had never even been in before and am not a thief and after i was leaving the store 2 yard workers were waiting outside trying to instigate a fight and insulting my cloths and calling me a shoplifter will never go to a mole valley store again people should be able to shop without being accused of crimes they have not committed without and insults and worry of violence from the staff all together the worst store i ever been in because the way the staff are and the unfounded accusations

Appalling company , they lie about when they send items out , they lie about when you will receive the items , and they continue to lie , in fact I can’t believe a word this company says, they refuse point blank to talk to you , they refuse to respond to you , in fact they are just a bunch of liars and old farts who I will not bother with again , I will now take my custom elsewhere, thank you but no thank you.

I've been using mole valley for over 20 years, and seen it go through many changes, not all of them positive, but one thing that is always consistent is the amazing staff who work there. Always pleasant and helpful and if they don't know, they will find out for you. Had an issue recently with a faulty leisure battery which was replaced quickly and efficiently under warranty. The staff are worth their weight in gold and I hope they get the recognition they deserve.

Fantastic service. Friendly and helpful advice from the store staff. They helped organise a quick delivery of my goods. When delivered (on time) the gentleman was super helpful and actually unloaded and stacked all the bales exactly where I wanted them put. A great service from start to finish.
