Use Mole Valley for buying all the peanuts to feed the wild birds without any problems. However, the order I placed on the 12the December has not arrived yet (22nd December) which is disappointing the only excuse being orders are taking longer this time of year however everything else is being delivered on time. This parcel was due for delivery yesterday but did not turn up it's back at the depot, unfortunately I will have to find a more reliable supplier.

Do not rely on this company! I ordered on the 10th December only to receive half of the items I ordered. With a note inside stating the rest of my order will be in another shipment. After waiting and chasing the status of my order, I was notified on the 21st of December that the items are out of stock and I will be refunded. Why was I not notified at point of checkout or during the dispatch process? Overall, do not rely on Mole at busy times of the year as the site is not fit for purpose or trade.

Items arrived but took ages.
Ordered again 10 days ago and still waiting for delivery. No notification as to when delivery expected. Had to pay for delivery, only option being standard. If it was free I could understand it taking a long time.

Items have only now been dispatched after one WEEK, after I sent an email chasing... delivery was supposed to be 3-5 days. I needed straw to make up houses for stray cats, they are stuck out in the cold. Would've ordered elsewhere had I known.

I still haven't received my order placed on 10th December.

I ordered a horse rug and website said 3-5 days delivery. We are way over that now and I am still waiting.

Awful customer service, have sent numerous emails and always get an automated respond. Ordered on website 6th Dec and still waiting on delivery. Refused a refund

Their online system allows you to order & pay for items , after 5 days you ring them to see where your items are . However you then get told that they are not in stock & they have had to refund alot of other customers for the same item due to it being out of stock . So no I wouldn’t use this company again .

Very poor service, still waiting for the goods.

Ordered on 7 December online - supposed to have been delivered 3 - 5 working days. Currently at 8 working days and the goods have not yet been shipped. I have emailed without getting a response and the young lady I spoke to on the phone couldn't help, but promised a call back which has not happened. I have no idea whether the Xmas presents that I've ordered will arrive at all - let alone before Xmas. This is seriously poor service and just not good enough in this day and age. Looking at the reviews (which I should have done before placing the order) there is clearly a major problem with this company's online offering.

Have used them for 6 months, once never arrived, past 3 times had to chase order and this time I have been told it will take upto 2 weeks for a bag of dog food!! Absolutely ridiculous in this day and age. If they can't get deliveries out, then they shouldn't have an online shop

I think there dog food is very good so I would give them 4 stars for this,unfortunately there home delivery is not that good ,I have ordered twice and the 1st time was a learning curve so I thought the 2nd time I'd timed it right but no was still chasing my dog food up and ran out of what I had,the communication with delivery's needs to be addressed so you know when too except your goods, however I will try again

Excellent price, but the promised 3-5 working day delivery period turned out to be 7 working days.

VERY SLOW DELIVERY.
I had issues with an order last year so i thought i would give them one more chance. It would actually have been faster to walk the 100 or so miles to get the two items I ordered. Took a week to dispatch the items and then only one parcel arrived. I'm still waiting for the second parcel and NOBODY answers the phone. I'm sure if you have a local store they are fab as the prices are good but I would avoid using online ordering and WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN.

Great dog mattress. Dog loves it. Cover unzips to wash. Came sealed flat in plastic and sprung up after release. Nice quality. Nice price in sale. Delivery bit slower than expected but emailed me to give date and where to leave if out. Happy to buy again from this company.
