Love these robes!
My husband and I fell in love with these robes during a recent stay at the Mount Washington Hotel in NH. So I much so, I ordered 2 as soon as we got home. Most comfortable, warm robe I've ever had.

I found this robe ar the Sagamore hotel…
I found this robe ar the Sagamore hotel and fell in love with it . However, I needed an XL. Most hotels carry OSFM( one size fits most).
So , i ordered from website, monogramed and got my robe in 1 week.
It was a perfect, beautiful robe, but the inside terry , although nice, wasnt the butter soft plush inside the robe at the hotel. Apparently, they order both types. So, I contacted Stephanie at Monarch and she worked out a mutually satisfying solution to get me the plush version. Once its monogramed, you can’t return it.
However, although i have 2 robes,
I was more than satisfied with the solution.
Get the plush version, its butter soft. I love it.
Thank you Stephanie for calling me back and working things out. 5 stars to you

These are amazing robes for a great price. Their customer service is amazing as well. The microfiber chamois fabric is just gorgeous. I don’t normally find a use for a robe but this one gets worn all the time. Luxurious.

Used your robe provided at Cotton Court…
Used your robe provided at Cotton Court in Lubbock Tx; the white cotton Terry cloth robe was everything I had been looking for in a robe. When I looked on your website, I was delighted to find it was at least 1/2 the price of any similar robe I had previously found. I am delighted with your robe

I ordered the wrong bathrobe material - my wife wanted a different one. Cypress/Monarch quickly and painlessly made the switch. Thanks.
