Great experience
The person who served me at the shop was very helpful
The products quality is great
Aftersale maintenance experience was good as well
This last visit was, if i recall, my third purchase from MONC. My final comment is not a deal breaker for me but more convenient for customers and would really be appreciated. Please please please provide hard cases!

I am pleased with Monc product and…
I am pleased with Monc product and service. I used to wear Warby Parker, and can tell a massive difference on the glasses quality. My friend described me upgrading my ‘reading glasses’ to ‘serious glasses’. :D
Also, service is impeccable. Both Freddie and Chris are professional and patient in making sure my glasses work well. Had a very pleasant experience with Monc! Recommend.

Fanstastic personal service and focus on sustainability
Fanstastic personal service. Glasses look fabulous and I love that they are bio-acetate and the focus on keeping existing frames in good condition rather than disposable fashion. The lovely folk at Monc also refurbished my ancient (15+ years old!) spectacles for me and given them a whole new lease of life.

Monc’s eyewear is one of a kind
Monc’s eyewear is one of a kind! So are their staff. I was visiting London and Chris made sure I had everything I needed before I headed back to the states. Unfortunately, I broke one pair and I emailed Chris and he got the same glasses out to me(adjusted perfectly to my face) in less than a week. 10/10 for quality of glasses and customer service!

Monc is simply the best. The sunglasses and frames are immaculate - they look, fit, and wear beautifully. The shop is beautiful and easy to shop. And the service is exemplary. Great service
The team at Monc is fantastic! Freddie and Chris, the shop manager, were super friendly and helpful; and I couldn’t be happier with my new frames - they are lightweight, super comfortable, made out of sustainable materials and in an unusual colour - what else could one ask for? Chris was super attentive and helpful when I’ve asked him for advice, taking into account the undertone of my skin colour and face shape. Also the service was very quick- my frames were ready to collect in 24 hours. All in all, I couldn’t be happier!
