Always happy to be helpful
Always a pleasure to go in and see the guys at Monc - be it an arm adjustment or just a proper clean - the team always go above and beyond in terms of after sales date here. Bought some fab clip ins for my glasses in there today - they will work a treat next time I’m away in the sun.

Great service…
I visited their stand at the Home & Garden xmas fair at Olympia. Although there wasn't a huge choice, due to only being able to bring a certain amount, what they'did have was great. The optician was so helpful. I was looking at dark rimmed glasses, but as soon as he looked at me he knew what colour would suit my hair and complexion. I made a purchase and within 5 days they arrived. Perfect fit. At my local specsavers where I usually go, I usually have 2 or more visits because the lens or fit aren't right. Very impressed. I have to get used to the different look. But loving them Will definitely return to the shop for my reading gasses

I was welcomed onto the stand at The Spirit of Christmas Fair, Sunday 9th November, by Chris the owner of MONC he stopped eating his lunch and spent a great amount of time telling me all about his company the awards they’ve won and where to find his other shops around the London area. I found Chris be a wonderful, charismatic, friendly and honest giving his opinion and enjoying the story’s and celebrities that have bought his beautiful eyewear. Wear the frames I bought last year every day and have now got a second pair as sunglasses.
Frames are lightweight and comfortable in a great selection of designs and colours.
