Worst bank ever. I used their Money2World service. They are asking so many things and my money is on hold. Their customer support is horrible. They wont guide you properly whats required just keep on wasting your time. Not going to use it again.

My Saving Account in Icici Bank manimajra Chandigarh Barnch number is 036201513515 Date 12.Feb 2025 my Account Debit Amount 354 I Call customer care icicibank Executive say that Cash deposit 3 time in January month But no mail no SMS send this Charge Suddenly February 2025 Bank Debit 354 Amount I am shocked the Debit Amount Your Customer Executive say Charges Details in .icicibank.c and I am say that Every visitor Icicibank Branch Bank employees force Make Credit Card and FD and insurance and personal lone le lo sir Bust Bank employees and Customer service executive no Call and mail chah deposit Charges so I am not free wisit Icicibank web sites So kindly refund Amount 354 in my Amount and attach Amount statement please check and Refund Amount 354 in my account I Shall Thankful to You

Big mistake I decided to send funds to India from Germany via Money2India. Started a transaction on 28-March, the funds were immediately deducted from my account and the transaction status is still shown as Funds Awaited. Sent email(s) to the customer care and no response. Unreliable and untrustworthy service.

Money2India service uses a third party service “Envestnet | Yodlee” to validate US bank accounts, where it ask to give access to view the balance, transaction statements etc. Once you grant access, you can transfer money.
I did the same and completed one transaction. After few days I found a couple of unauthorized withdrawals from my account for which I have to close the bank account. By looking at the withdrawal amount, I am 100% sure that it knows the balance on that account. Here I was forced by Money2India service to give access to Envestnet/Yodlee to complete a remittance.
So be aware of this. Don’t give access to Yodlee at all.
Money2India, you should have another option to validate bank accounts other than trusting this Yodlee service which seems to a data leaker.

One of the worst remittance services out there. They force you to use Money2India in order to open an NRE account with ICICI. But Money2India gives silly reasons to block the transfers. I only have one mobile number and for some reason they are saying that I need to "update" my mobile number to a different number in order to activate. Then they say that I need to add a beneficiary in order for me to be able to transfer money. In fact there is no option to add beneficiary details since Money2India is not a bank. Even after providing them with everything and all the necessary documents they still chose to block transfer service. The worst part is that you can't fund your NRE account until these illogical people from Money2India remove the block. I don't understand the logic behind ICICI forcing their customers to use Money2India and then blocking the same customer from using Money2India.

The Money2India is an easy online money transfer platform provided by India’s ICICI Bank leading private bank in India. I have sent money from US to India very easily.
