Order done end of July... Never received any package... Wrote a few times to their official email address... No answers, no communication at all :(

NEVER ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Similar to the other reviews posted in the last month, I experienced the same scam. I placed an order on July 29, but nothing got delivered since then, and the shared tracking system shows no movement at all. After a first email on August 11, I received a first and unique answer from them saying the parcel would arrive. But nothing came. I sent another email on August 19. No answer this time.

I am reading the other reviews, and the Montavio team dares to answer these reviews on Trustpilot, while not answering emails directly sent by scammed customers to the email address they share. There is no need to answer here. Just refund my order, as requested per email with my order reference!!!

I have ordered a shipment on July 21. So far, nothing received. On a first email on August 3rd, I got a reply it had been shipped and were arriving soon. But no, nothing, no updates, no further replies on my follow-up emails. Behaviour of a scam company, I can only redommend not to buy here.

Actually there is no option to choose 0 stars. Montavio does not deserve any star. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS AS THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. No delivery has been made yet. No responses as well. WE NEED TO REPORT SUCH COMPANY TO CYBER CRIME AND CONSUMER COUNCIL.

I have the same problem like another person who commented - I placed an order a month ago, the order status changed after a week, but they didn't send me a tracking code. I tried to contact them for the tracking code after a few weeks have passed and no one replied on either email after multiple inquiries and a couple of days of waiting for a response. This is either some sort of a scam or just a terrible customer service.
Montavio Home Support, I see you are replying here, why are you not replying to the emails I have sent? Obviously other customers have the same problem and are not getting a response from you - this defies any logic for me. Another person here wrote that you are not a real company, I also tried searching for you in the internet, but you don't have online presence beside your own website, whose domain was registered a few months ago. This company is either very new and inexperienced, or a scam.

Something came in the mailbox a few days ago, it was some small package from China with worn off label stating artificial black moss 20g or so. It was strange because I haven't ordered anything like that anywhere, and I read online that unprompted packages with small things like that (plant seeds amongst others) are sent as a part of a review scam to hijack people's identities and post favorable reviews for other products, people didn't buy. What they get from sending the package is the validation from paypal (or other payment providers) and the shipping company that the package has arrived. In Germany it came with DHL and I got the information that the package is comming and is in the Germany Sorting Center (things that come from China are labeled like that). I didn't know what it will be, because I hadn't bought anything I haven't got delivered except the picture I bought from this company. I was sure it is not the package from them, because it said small package, which is put in the mailbox and not hand delivered, so it couldn't be the big picture I was expecting.
A few days after I got the strange small package the DHL showed the Germany Sorting Center package as delivered (unlike the hand delivered bigger packages there is no real time tracking for small packages, so it takes a few days to change status) and the paypal app showed the Montaviohome package as delivered and showed the same tracking id as the small package from the DHL app - the one with the strange unprompted artificial black moss.

This company is 100% fraudulent, do not buy anything from them, this is a SCAM.

I placed an order on July 30. Should be Delivery by August 9th. No respons on my e-mails I sent them. Today is August 19. Any help please.

I placed an order for 140 USD on August third. I sent an e-mail asking for a tracking number/expected shipping date on the 6th, as the order has sat on "order placed" with no updates since then.

It's August 13th and they still have not even processed the order on their end, or written back.

The company does not exist, it is a scheme.
Let me know when my poster arrive?
