FAKE FAKE FAKE - Ordered a jacket on 4th September - not arrived 18th September - the fake 'Olivia' sends emails when I asked for refund due to not keeping to their delivery promises - I now realise they are based in China!! I am trying to report to Trading standards - they need shutting down before they take more people's money - I don't expect my goods anytime soon. Scam company which should be checked urgently.

Only now reading the other reviews after making a purchase from this website. AVOID AT ALL COST. Item was faulty and a cheap knock off from China. Dealing with Olivia as other reviews have stated, need to return to China within 30days and not Netherlands as stated on website. Dodgy company, total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Do NOT on any account order from this scam company. The item will not be as advertised and they make it difficult to return ( at yr own cost) to an address in China without any surety of acceptance

Dress received was not as advertised. Advertised as 100% light cotton. Dress received was polyester and spandex. Pattern also similar but not the same.
This dress is a poor imitation.
Requested instructions to return to be advised that this would need to be returned to china. Their website would suggest this company is based in the Netherlands. Returning items to china is £8 plus and then there is no guarantee that a refund will be received.
Company refused to acknowledge that a different item is a wrong item and therefore would not stand by their free return policy for wrong items being sent.
A very frustrating and disappointing experience overall.
Dubious business practices.

An update you should be aware of if buying from this company as their website has not been updated.....

Do not order anything from this company. If you need to return an item, you have to pay for shipping to China!! Quality of goods is sub-standard. Avoid, avoid!!

I Agree with others who have reviewed. The dress I was sent was the wrong colour, supposed to be small but was huge. I have sent it back and the return was acknowledged. They then asked for pictures of the returned item, not sure how they expected a picture of a returned item, They accepted my pictures of proof of return post office labels. Next day wanted another as they apparently weren’t clear enough. I was also being dealt with by ‘Olivia’. Not holding any hope of getting money back. Please avoid as like others have said it seems a fake company.

Cheap clothes and if you want to return they say you have to pay to return to CHINA even tho the website says Netherlands.

See my previous review on this co. The jacket I ordered eventually arrived after 26 days. It was awful. Cheap shabby material and badly made .I ordered a size 12. It went round me twice . Even if it had fitted I would never have worn it. I would have felt too embarrassed. I emailed the customer service and was told if I wanted to return it then I would have to pay the postage. The return address I was given was in China. Postage was to be £10+ and there was no guarantee had I returned it that I would get my money back. The co gave me another choice, keep the jacket and they would refund me 20% which is what I opted for. So I have been given a paltry sum back and now have a jacket that will finish up in the bin. Honestly no one would wear it.
Finally I contacted the co and asked them if I can leave a review on their site and the answer is no. I wonder why !!
So I am leaving this review. I hope that anyone reading this will believe what I have written and avoid this company. It really is appalling.

Ordered two dresses which are unwearable awful in terms of fabric etc. have tried four times to contact their customer services to request return instructions but have had no response. Having read all the reviews on here am now at a loss what to do. The return address given on the receipt email is Drenthe which I assume is Holland. Presumably if I send it there I will never hear another thing. Oh dear. A salutary lesson in not taking due diligence when ordering.

Ich habe schon zig Mails geschrieben, wegen der Rücksendung. Der Shop ist in den NL aber die Ware sollte man nach. China schicken , was immense Kosten sind. Eine Antwort wie wir jetzt weiter verfahren sollen habe ich bis jetzt immer noch nicht erhalten . Ich habe jetzt mein Geld einbehalten, bis eine Nachricht kommt

Ordered from UK online took 3 weeks to arrive, size very out and dress was very small, not XL, material was poor quality, exact same dress on Shein half the price. Only 30 days from order date to return, but took 3 weeks to arrive. Need to pay for return and send back to Netherlands, therefore increase of cost. However this came from China, not mentioned on website. Avoid.

Ordered weeks ago, like otthers have said, n o mention of the (shoes) coming from Chinwa - wouldnt have bought if I had known that point or that it would take weeks to come. NOT IMPRESSED ONE BIT..😒

This is a fake company. They took my money and I have not received any order confirmation and when asking their customer service a person called Olivia keeps sending same repetitive mails denying any orders. I sent them a receipt of my bank statement clearly showing the company on the receiver but no they are obviously a fake chinese company nothing like advertised in Netherlands. Cheap low life people stealing money- disgusting! Do NOT BUY anything they are FAKE

Just an update. This morning Montford increased their refund from 20% to 30%. I refused and instead applied for a chargeback from my Credit Card company. This was very easy to do online and hopefully, if successful I will receive 100% back.

Unless deliver times,took 2 weeks from China. Returns impossible as you pay to return to China or takec20% refund. That in its self screams dodgy company. No mention of China on websites. It's a disgraceful and fraudulent company.

I agree with the other reviews and wish I had read them before ordering. The fabric was dreadful and the dress was completely different from the one on the website. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Avoid at all times.
Goods are shoddy ,horrible material .
Want to return but return address in China ! Postage would be £20 plus.
Return address on parcel is UK & the company are supposed to be in the Netherlands with free shipping to UK.

Returns policy looks fair but isn't.

I have requested 50% refund, no reply as yet.

AVOID. Scammy business practices. Don’t be fooled by the different domain names they keep changing. This company is just awful. Once they get enough bad reviews they just change domain from .com to .co.c to .de and so on.

Zero customer services, elusive answers to questions. Delivery times are anybodies guess.

I’d like to see them shut down

UK - Montford & Co seems to be the same company as Montford-co.com. The website gives an address in the Netherlands. All was fine until the dress arrived and the fabric is horrible! When I asked about how to return I was given an address in China - Lane 117, Jianlan Rd, Meixu St., Yinzhou District, Nigbo 31500. I note there are lots of negative reviews (internationally) about this company on-line. It seems their websites are not revealing their true place of origin. I have requested their 20% instead of trying to get a full refund thanks to reviews on-line. Better something than nothing. Beware.
