Jackson is of tremendous assistance in any matter and is always helpful.
Jess and staff in settlements are extremely helpful, but due to their workload the department appears to suffer in the response time in having settlements completed.
Overall I am very happy with my relationship with Morris.

Sharna in settlements was very helpful and clear to explain what was required when I had held conditions. The held conditions were easy to fix (internally) without having to go back and forth to the client. Sharna was easily accessible by phone and email when I had questions. The credit team needs a huge rap on this one. They saw through apparent issues that other finance companies would stumble on and formed a completely reasonable and practical commercial decision on the deal for my client.

Lachlan Ower in particular as the lead credit officer deserves special mention for his level headed assessment and management of the process. He's an asset to Morris Finance I would hope he is remunerated commensurately.
