service from application to settlement was timely, helpful, positive and all interaction was expedient with a view always to be doing a deal. there was no negative talk the whole way through making it one of the most endearing processes i have been involved in as an introducer. Morris family have done a great job in building a positive environment.

Great service, quick and efficient

As a finance broker, the help of the credit, relationship and settlement teams at Morris in progressing a clients application through to settlement was great. Their ability to overcome hurdles was most appreciated!

If I could give 6 stars I would...Baden is the most diligent, honest, assiduous professional I have dealt with in decades. He is a credit to the team. His communication is impressive with no request/question left unanswered. I have referred others to Baden & Morris finance in the past and will continue to do so and they have all been as impressed with the service as I. Christina was great in helping us obtain an approval for a client purchasing highly specialised commercial equipment.
Alisha was also extremely helpful in guiding me through my first Morris Finance settlement which went off quite smoothly and also same day, something many other commercial lenders cannot achieve.

Approving Officer was patient and willing to adjust quotes a number of times.
Alisha in settlements was helpful and able to assist me to get the settlement done.

Sales and service awesome. Had a few hiccups and Chris Brumwell went above and beyond to get through all the general red tape. Thought I wasn't going to get my car on Thursday afternoon before Easter break and he managed to convince management (and thanks to them for agreeing) to clear the car. So I drove out of Heartland Kia Blacktown at 5pm with my beautiful white Kia Sportage! I absolutely love my new car and will definitely be back next time to see Chris when I'm ready to get my next car . I would definitely recommend Heartland Blacktown to anyone looking for a car near or far. I live in Central West NSW (5 hours away) and was able to liaise with Chris without any problems and the car was exactly as it looked in photos if not better. He always got back to me straight away if I had to leave him a message.
So in all ways I am very happy with every aspect of the purchase of my car through Chris Brumwell from Heartland Kia Blacktown.

Over the 3 years that I have dealt with Morris finance I have found customer service for exceptional I have found product to be well supported financial products support is hard to prove doing business with Morris finance has been a wonderful experience each and every one of the people most recently been have been professional helpful knowledgeable all-in-all highly recommend the team thanks guys appreciate you

Credit and settlement turnaround time was very good. Tax Portals being asked for AFTER approval was not ideal. Could have saved a bit of time by knowing we needed them at time of submission. But in the end was not a big deal. Settlements was clear in what they needed from us (KYC & AML requirements)

I did use Morris Finance last year for the purchase of my new delivery vehicle and was very happy with the whole experience Jessica Addicoat was very professional and friendly to deal with and I did get a better deal then the car dealer Therefore when I needed new equipment for my business I had no hesitation in contact Jessica again .

Customer service is extremely poor. Very rude service after they double dipped on my account. Morris finance is ok to deal with...as long as you don't have to deal with them. Never again.
