Although we had some issues with communication between ourselves and a previous representative, from Mortgage Gym, we were very happy with the rectification of this issue and the subsequent service that was provided by Vincent Keane. He was friendly, helpful, and very upbeat. We had begun to feel quite forlorn, however Vincent lifted our spirits, and worked very hard, in his own time, to help us secure what we feel is the best mortgage available for our circumstances. We would recommend both Vincent and mortgage gym to anyone buying a house and looking for a way to navigate the mortgage searching forest of jargon and confusion. Thank you very much! P & A.

This wasn’t our first mortgage but honestly we’re both pretty clueless when it comes to stuff like this so we had booked an apt with our original broker from our first mortage- paid of course!!

I just happened to be googling when I came across Mortage Gym. At first we had reservations- it’s a free service so honestly we didn’t expect much. How wrong we were!!

We did some research and it all appeared to be positive so we decided to cancel our paid mortgage broker apt and booked the initial telephone conference- what a good move that was! When your moving house money is obviously tight so being able to save anything was a bonus!

We managed to get set up on the system (and that was really easy) and before we knew it we had an apt scheduled (quicker than we had booked the paid apt)

We had our initial telephone conference with Clare, explained what we needed, answered her questions in about 50 mins and from the comfort of our lounge. Clare said she had all she needed and she went off and we had a mortgage in principle within about half an hour of us finishing the phone call. Clare looked at all the mortgages on the market and went for the very best one- infact we even got cash back on the mortgage so we actually got money back!

From there Clare literally did everything for us, we had a couple of hiccups (absolutely nothing to do with Mortage Gym or Clare) but she sorted these immediately and without alarming us.

Clare and her admin answered all emails quickly and efficiently (and there were plenty)- they kept us updated and really put our mind at ease.

On the day of moving we had another hiccup (again nothing to do with mortgage gym or Clare) but she sorted this immediately.

I genuinely feel without Mortage Gym the whole process would’ve become too stressful and we would of stayed in our old house.

Thanks to Clare and the Mortage Gym team we are now in our dream home and couldn’t be happier!!

Open easy conversation, not pushy in anyway.

Very helpful but unfortunately I haven't heard anything back from them for a week have sent email to clarify whether the advisor had received the documents they requested but have not heard anything back

Rubbish service, never called me to discuss me circumstances

Broker didn’t show up to our appointment, but this turned out not to be Mortgage Gym’s fault and they were super efficient in sorting it out. I hope their broker contact turns out to be as efficient as they are!

Mortgage Gym were quick to respond to my inquiry, made it simple and painfree, filled the electronic form online for immediate confirmation of a scheduled call back with clear info on who that would be be providing their personal profile and a suitable time for them to call!... also recieved a courtesy call in the morning from Mortgage Gym H.Q to remind me of my phone appointment and ask if all was well! The advisor Alison was really nice, made me feel at ease, knowledgeable, thorough, NON pushy and friendly which I
apprecaited a lot! I would recommend Mortgage Gym to friends, family and new acquaintances too!

Adviser never bothered to call after waiting over a week, due to this decided to not sure a broker and do everything ourselves

I stumbled across mortgage gym during an internet search as I needed to renew my mortgage & I wanted switch to a provider with better rates. Sceptical about how such great advice & support could be free but Vincent Keane was amazing, he explained everything & reassured me making the whole process completely stress free. I am now due to complete in under 4weeks from my first call with Vincent on 8/11/18. Can’t thank you enough!
