We are owners of a unit at The Prescott. We have worked with the Prescott team from 23' purchasing a unit off the plan.
The Prescott Sales team was active, engaged and professional with CJ and his team of great assistance in our purchase.
Upon completion in 25', we originally rented the unit for a year and The Rental team were supportive and helpful with our rental requirements.
In 26', we are now utilising the unit ourselves and work with The Prescott Management team. Anne and her team have been excellent. They have been proactive and of great assistance with our transition. They continue to be active and supportive with all our queries. They keep the facilities in great condition. Anne is visible on-site regularly engaging with staff and clients and ensuring a safe, secure and clean environment.

We have no hesitation in recommending Mosaic Sales, Rental and particularly Anne and the Property Management team.

Living in 111 Kates Street Morningside has been incredibly frustrating due to Mosaic's ongoing neglect of major safety and maintenance issues. For the last 24 hours, the communal fire alarms have been sounding sporadically—starting at 2am and continuing throughout the day—with no action taken by the building management. This isn’t an isolated event it happens at least once a month for the past few years I’ve lived here. Every time this happens, it’s left to the residents to call emergency services, because no one from the Mosaic team provides a solution or takes ownership.

Even the fire service team confirmed they are regularly called out to this property to inspect the faulty alarms and have lodged multiple complaints to Mosaic themselves. According to them, the underlying issue is that smoke detectors—not fire alarms—were installed in outdoor communal areas, meaning the system regularly picks up dust and debris from the main road and triggers false alarms. This is an infrastructure failure that Mosaic allegedly refuses to fix because it's too expensive.

On top of this, the garage door has been broken for nearly three months, despite repeated complaints from residents. During this time, a motorbike has been stolen, and cars have been broken into, yet no urgency has been shown to restore basic security for the building.

Mosaic’s inaction is not only unacceptable—it’s a serious risk to both safety and peace of mind. We deserve better management, proper alarm systems, and a secure place to live.

Deceitful and Condescending. We purchased an off the plan property in Late 2021 on the Gold Coast, QLD. I would not purchase from this developer again. Sales promises were not delivered, finishes were cheap, design aspects deficient, rectifications numerous and poorly managed and communications from employees have been rude, condescending and factually incorrect. I genuinely believe the organisation wants to do the right thing but are inept to do so because of some underlying flaw in the company's culture. Mosaic talk the talk but do not walk the walk. We have experienced bullying, nepotism and untruths from this company. They legitimately do not think they can do any wrong.
