Horrible service! I ordered an M4 slip on exhaust and these guys sent me the full exhaust system. I called them in good faith as they were very confused and had two other orders that were messed up. I am on a time crunch getting a lot of work done on my bike at once the next day and was not sure what the solution was if the slip on I originally ordered was not sent to me this same day. I was condescended and accused if trying to get a more expensive exhaust system out of them when they are the ones who messed up the order and unfortunately I needed the part right away. I even called back and offered to pay $150 towards the difference in the pipes of $298. Of course they accepted after some more condescending me. I was treated like a scum bag for doing the right thing when most people would have just kept the more expensive exhaust! I cannot believe all of this happened when the associate who shipped the wrong item should be accountable. I will not spend another dime with this company!

They took the time to go thru what I wanted and help select the exhaust that would fit with the passages rear pegs on. This was an unforeseen detail that showed their knowledge and save me a headache later. Love these guys.

I purchased some Battlax S22 tires and a battery. Great prices and fast shipping! I was wondering if they had any brake reservoir socks since I had purchased one a few years ago. I didn't open the packaging for the tires, I simply dropped them off at the dealership with my bike. When I finally got my tires installed and my bike back, I noticed a MotoMummy brake reservoir sock was on! That made me grin from ear to ear. Great service!

The Austin Racing exhaust for my 2020 R1 was delayed a month due to the order not being submitted to Austin Racing. I only discovered this by having to contact Austin Racing directly in order to obtain a response for an order update when MotoMummy wouldn't respond. I did receive a free Austin Racing sweatshirt because of this mishap, but the delay and lack of communication soured my purchasing experience.

Huge let down when it come to after sales support.
