I purchase two wing mirrors which have faults. The contact link on their web site fails and there is no phone number or email address. These where not cheap items and I am diappointed with the product and the lack of not being able to contact this company.

I am very disappointed with your delivery service by DPD. I place my order 4 weeks ago and still have not received the parcel. The parcel arrived and cleared Customs within 1 week from the shipping date. The tracking indicated that it was at an unknown depot. That was 3 weeks ago ???

i ordered -- finally -- my second choice because repeated (i think five/six) tries at getting a response to the original choice -- which was labeled both "in stock" and "inquire" -- just finally frustrated me to the point where i just settled.
at the last it was starting to feel like the classical definition of Insane: repeating an action over and over while expecting a different outcome.
you really do need to clean up your responses to enquiries: assign somebody to do it every morning, hire somebody, make a deal with the cleaning staff,
something..
few people are as forgiving as i am.

When no one on this side of the Atlantic would answer their phones, I went directly to the source for parts for my TR6 restoration project. VERY pleased with the results.

The wing mirrors look to be in great condition, though I haven't removed them from their wrappers as I do not need to fit them to my car just yet. Delivery time was a little longer than I would've expected, but it wasn't a problem as I'm not in a rush.

Very helpful and extremely efficient at replacing my goods when it turned out that I had initially ordered the wrong parts.

This has been a most frustrating experience. I am completely unable to contact this organisation. Their website only seems to let you order equipment but when they send you the wrong parts the website pages fail to open. Telephone calls are diverted to a mobile number which lets you leave a message but fails to return calls. I have tried e-mailing British Motor Heritage at the same address and the e-mail which appears to have sent the Trustpilot link. No response.
Any suggestions as to how I contact this organisation would be really useful
