The joy, though was the way Motorpoint as a company including its processes and colleagues managed the valuation online and saw it through, exactly to the "drop off" appointment. NO haggling as the vehicle was exactly as I described it. We walked away happy. The equity was transferred to our bank account within minutes. The loan agreement handled promptly.

We recently sold a car to Motorpoint Chingford. I must say Motorpoint offered the best price compared to other platforms and they have kept to the price promise after visual inspection. There was a stone chip on the car which was not declared (because we never noticed it earlier) and the price adjustment for that was very reasonable. Also the process was smooth and all documented and they have cleared the outstanding finance on the car within a week. All good.

Fair price offered. No trying to reduce the price offered online after viewing the vehicle, unlike some others! As long as you are accurate with the description of your vehicle, there will be no issue. Totally professional. Money was transferred to my bank before I left the premises. Great service from start to finish when selling my car to Motorpoint in Glasgow. Requested an online valuation on my car that was purchased 3 years ago on PCP. As it was due for renewal in December, I decided to explore options. Had the car valued on 2 car auction sites. However, offers did not match the valuation. Motorpoint online valuation was £500 more than best auction offer…and they honoured that at sale. Outstanding balance was paid directly to finance company same day, and equity on car was in my bank account by close of business. Transfer details to DVLA was completed by them also…everything taken care of. Would highly recommend if selling your car.

My vehicle assessment was the first of the dat 9.00 am, I arrived at 8.30 and I was seen straight away and the inspection of my car and paperwork were completed by 9.10. The money was in my account by mid afternoon.
