Beautiful flowers and exquisite floral arrangements

I took the Essential Course for a week, and it was a truly valuable experience. I had the chance to learn a variety of floral designs and techniques. The instructor, Aurelija, was highly skilled and professional, with incredibly fast hands. She taught not only practical skills but also a wide range of floral theory. Most of all, she always answered students’ questions with sincerity and care. This course is definitely worth taking!

I recently took a one-week flower crafting class with Aurelija, and it was an amazing experience. She is a very talented, kind, and patient teacher. Even though I was completely new to flower crafting, Aurelija made everything easy to follow and made me feel confident every step of the way.

Her lessons were creative, calming, and fun. I really appreciated how she explained each step clearly and shared helpful tips and techniques. Thanks to her, I learned so much in such a short time and discovered a new hobby that I truly enjoy.

I highly recommend Aurelija’s classes to anyone interested in flower crafting, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced.

Took one-week Floristy course in Battersea Power Station shop. Aurelija, the instructor, was an experienced highly professional florist with genuine passion for Floristy, also for teaching. It was a big investment to decide on when I booked, but the quality of the lessons and such generous amount of freshest and expensive flowers available for the students to use and to take home everyday justified the price.

Very disappointing / the bunch was nowhere near as large as expected. Don’t trust the picture of the bouquet you see in the basket; the ones received in this case didn’t look like it.

Very poor value - will use M&S next time.

Ordered flowers for a corporate event. Arrived on time and looked lovely. However were told they were Coral but were more reddish but nevertheless were still beautiful.

Ordered online and then told it couldn’t be delivered on the date specified (wife’s birthday) after I’d paid. Flowers arrived 2 days early. Quality poor for the price paid. Wrong message written on the card….in Ukrainian!
After complaining (never the same person replying) and having to send them a photo to prove the message was wrong, they offered me a £20 store credit which barely covers the delivery cost they added to the order.
Why would I want a store credit when I’m never going to buy from them again?
Total rip off. Useless customer service. Use M&S instead, don’t buy from this shower.

For the amount they charge they are a total joke and you’d be better off buying from a ALDI , jumping in your car and hand delivering a better product and a better price

Ordered flowers for my mother's 80th.
They didn't arrive. On calling we were promised some would be sent the following day. They weren't. On calling again, we were told that more would be sent a complimentary bunch the following day and that they would refund me. They weren't and I wasn't. On calling again we were then told that actually they would send flowers but we could only have a credit note rather than a refund or a refund only but that we would have to put everything in an email. (After 9 calls) I opted for a straight refund which has just arrived unlike the flowers I ordered and paid for ! I have been using this firm for 25 years but will not be doing so again. Hugely embarrassing for me as nothing arrived for my mother's birthday and inconvenient for her as she waited in for 2 days waiting for the promised but not delivered flowers.

ordered a surprise bouquet and misunderstood that this would be sent from a delivery depot in Park Royal not their florist shop in Sloane Square.
the delivery was sent to the wrong address and never received by the intended person.
surprise was totally spoilt as they received nothing - and it has taken a week of daily emails along with multiple phone calls for the company to finally accept their mistake after I provided photographs of where they attempted delivery (taken by their driver) and where they should have delivered. I am now promised a refund now within 5-7 working days.
I am so upset with the whole process and the lack of response or accountability. I will never use them again - which is so sad as they used to supply such beautiful flowers which my late mother loved.
The whole experience has sapped all the joy from giving and receiving flowers!

Mother’s Day flowers which were ordered online 12 days in advance were not delivered on Mother’s Day or even the day after and their excuse was ‘it was a freelance driver’. I called on Mother’s Day to see where the flowers were and they said they were out for delivery, but never got delivered. I called 3/4 times the next day to find out what was going on and hey just kept saying they’d call me back, but never did. I asked for a manager to call me and still waiting over 24hrs for that call back too.
Terrible customer service and delivery service. Will never use again.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from moyses Stevens,and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience!from start to finish, the service was exceptional. The floral arrangement i received was nothing short of stunning -beautifully crafted with the freshest ,most vibrant flowers. And it truly exceeded my expectations. The delivery was on time,and the flowers arrived in perfect condition, just as I had hoped.
