Outstanding Service
Ordered four lights and bulbs for our garden in June and was extremely happy with the delivery, packaging and product. However, when one of the bulbs failed after a short time, the service I received was outstanding with a prompt, friendly response and immediate replacement. So reassuring that there are some great suppliers on-line.

The original LED supplier
The original LED supplier! Their goods are exceptional quality, but they are expensive. However, if you want quality then use the right kit! Lighting design is also very helpful.
Customer service is not great, you kind of feel its too much trouble to pick the phone up and help. Technical support is the same, you get the feeling you are taking up their time and your rushed off the phone.

Terrible customer service, never received my order as there courier lost it then had to make about 4 or 5 phone calls and emails to get my refund back,said they would call me back each time and they never, would not recommend them
