Recieved a scheduled visit today from Kenny at Munster Joinery, and what a professional guy he was, he carried him work out with such confidence, ans he put right what was broken.A very chatty man to have a conversation with, he deserves a pat on the back! Thank you.

Your Operative Oliver was punctual, polite, courteous and totally professional. He dealt with the replacement window efficiently and with minimum fuss. Oliver not only checked every window in the house with me and conducted minor repairs, but informed me how to maintain the windows and how they can be opened wider in some cases to be able to clean them. He was an excellent representative of your company.

Communication and efficient service both first class. A big thank you to Chris who always has a smile on his face and always very pleasant even though at times he must be under tremendous pressure. We would highly recommend Munster Joinery. It's 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 from us. Thanks to you all.

I contacted Munster with concerns about two sets of their patio doors installed nine years ago. They sent an engineer to examine them. He was professional, knowledgable, courteous and helpful. He spent over two hours rectifying the problem. The service by Munster was excellent. I only hope what was done to the doors will solve the problem. I have my fingers crossed.
I should also add that we have 12 Munster sash windows. These are beautiful and have performed their function perfectly for nine years.

I bought a brand new house in which Munster joinery had installed all the windows. I opened a window one day and it cracked. I contacted Troy homes who said the windows weren’t covered in the warranty , which was ridiculous but they sent Munster joinery round. They told us we were covered but a few hours later I was told the glass wasn’t covered and I’d have to pay! We’ve been in the house four months! This is disgusting and now we have to take legal action. Terrible quality and appalling customer service

Double glazing is supposed to last at least 10 years. My lounge window shattered spontaneously within 4 years. Several other people in the community have had similar issues. Munster refuse to replace the glass saying they don't offer 10 yr warrantee.just shows they use cheap glass!

Chris attended to carry out some remedial works. Fantastic finish and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy and that the premises were left clean and tidy. Thoroughly recommend.

Munster Joinery installed the windows in our new build property. A RISA (independent window inspector) inspection found significant issues with the installation of almost every window. Munster Joinery sent one of there engineers out to resolve the issues, and instead of doing the job properly "bodged it". A further RISA inspection identified the bodge which had made the situation significantly worse. Getting a local installer to fix the issues left by Munster.

Had our windows installed last November. The installation team were very efficient and helpful. We had two minor problems, but these were sorted quickly. Company were very good value for the windows that they supplied . Had to get some technical information about the windows last week, this was supplied by email 5 minutes after making a call to the company.

Would give a minus if I could. Avoid avoid avoid.

Brilliant from start to finish, knowledgeable sales man came and discussed what we wanted, fitting pain free no issues, one door had damage about a year later and came back and fixed with no issues. In 3 years now all good, great value compared to other quotes

I made an appointment with Munster Joinery after an issue with my patio doors.

The booking process was simple and straightforward.

I was notified of my appointment by text and kept up to date on the estimated arrival time.

The engineer Kenny arrived on time and I was welcomed with a friendly smile.

Kenny got to work straight away and found the problem. He also double checked the patio door was fully functional before tidying up and leaving.

10/10 from me. Kenny knows his stuff and is a great technician and the company as a whole is great to deal with.

Would definitely recommend to others.

After trying locally for several months to get a broken window fixed, my house builder put me onto Munster Joinery. From the very start they were helpful, polite, interested in helping me ... in short, thoroughly professional. I dealt with 3 of the after-sales team and none of them needed me to repeat the problem or go over any details a second time so their internal processes were up to date. An engineer was arranged within a week and he was an absolute joy. He was on time, took his outdoors shoes off without being asked, fully explained what he needed to do, then just cracked on and completed it with no fuss. I truly cannot praise him or the other members of staff I dealt with highly enough. Definitely recommended and everything you look for in a company.

I was power washing around my house. Windows and doors MUNSTER JOINERY, footpaths, facia, and doors, with power washer turned down low, it made 2 holes in the door.

Munster joinery are wonderful until something goes wrong. I got and extension built 3 years ago and put on a utility room. The back door of the utility has now got water swishing around inside between the 2 panels and they want €120 to come and look at it. Considering the price of getting a new door wouldn't you think they would offer at least a 10 year guarantee free of charge. I'm so annoyed and frustrated with them.

Chris was friendly & professional. He sorted out the issues with our windows and checked we were happy with the solution before he left. Would 100% recommend Chris and Munster.

Bit of a long review but I feel people need to understand this experience fully We had a service engineer come out to our house this week because of what we suspected was a faulty lock and handle coming loose. Service engineer Chris Reynolds come and his attention to detail was brilliant, the faulty handle turned out to be some one attempted breaking in but didn’t succeed. This made me very upset and emotional and Chris went above and beyond, he calmed me down and settle my anxiety. He didn’t need to do this but did which I am extremely grateful for.. but it didn’t end there this works obviously we didn’t expect Munster to replace free of charge and expected it would have to be covered by insurance which would have took longer.. Chris then AGAIN went above what we expected and made our door safe, he said it would be chargeable which is to be expected but I wanted to check insurance excess, for a third time he advised he would be on our building site for another hour if we need any help. Our excess was £500 so I spoke to Chris again and he come back to our property replaced the locks and handle and arrange for payment to be made there and then over the phone saving us £138 on insurance excess and leaving our home secure again. We as a family cannot thank Chris enough for everything he did here and I don’t think 5 stars was enough the service was beyond 10 stars
