We had a faultless booking with Murcia Holiday Rentals. Booking was easy, communication was first class, there was a lovely welcome pack in the villa on arrival and even when we had a minor issue with the pool after the gardeners had been in to cut the hedges and there was no pool net, after calling into their office in the town centre, the pool was cleaned on the same day and a new pool net provided. Top class service, we wouldn't hesitate to book again with Murcia Holiday Rentals. Thank you!!

Everything lived up to our expectations

During the initial enquiry stage and booking process MHR were very responsive and easy to deal with.
As we were literally 5 minutes from property we received a call from Marcus to advise us that the property needed a new boiler and this would be fitted the following morning which it was. The TV also had a couple of blown LEDs so at 5pm on Christmas eve a brand new 55" TV arrived and was installed. What great service. I would have no hesitation in booking with MHR again.

Couldn't recommend this company more if I tried. Marcus and his team are first class!

Large variety of alternatives in the offering, friendly customer care (Isabel Guerra), clear and logical contract structure. If prices were a bit lower, the ranking would be 5 stars.

It is very nice to have an office close to where you stay. We always got answers to our questions very quickly.

wir waren von Jan.25 bis März 25 in La Torre. Vom Check In bis Check Out hat alles super geklappt. Das Apartment wurde in sehr sauberem Zustand angetroffen. Alles war wie beim Mietabschluss versprochen. Kleinere Mängel, die während der Mietzeit immer mal auftreten können, wurden zeitnah durch die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen Georgia und Kati behoben. Wir waren mit dem Angebot und dem Service mehr als zufrieden. Für das nächste Jahr haben wir bereit gebucht.

Hôte de très mauvaise fois , chauffage et eau chaude sans cesse en panne
Meuble de salle à manger de très mauvaise qualité , salle de bains petite et vieillotte , pas de nécessaire de cuisine suffisant aucune cocotte à notre arrivée , cette villa n’est pas adaptée pour des longs séjours ,
Beaucoup de nuisances dans la rue , travaux du matin au soir, chiens qui aboient, nous avons été dérangés par le personnel de la piscine toutes les semaines ceux ci entrent dans le jardin sans notre accord .
Je ne recommande pas Murcia holidays Rentals cette agence vous arnaque. Si vous voulez être tranquille , il faut payer en plus un Check out c’est une honte.sinon votre caution n’est pas remboursée , et ils trouvent de fausses excuses comme le fait que vous avez fumé alors que Vous n’êtes pas fumeurs

The Villa we stayed at was perfect for us. It was clean and had wonderful amenities. There was great communication with the key holder during check-in and check-out. I will be back for sure and I highly recommend Murcia Holiday Rentals.

This is the second year we've used Murciaholidayrentals, Marcus and Georgia have been on the ball, keeping us up to date with our bookings every year. ie: Deposit, checking in and checking out.
They are both dedicated to their business and very helpful when we had a few minor issues which were sorted out straight way .
We are re-booking again for 2025.
I would recommend this company to my friends and relatives.

Excellent, professional, pleasant service whenever called upon. Made our holiday experience so much easier and enjoyable.

Nous avons très mal commencé notre séjour chez vous. L'appartement était dans un état déplorable.C est une honte de louer aussi sale. Canapés dans un état très très sale (rempli de tâches), matelas tâches, oreiller jaune tellement il était sale, machine à café et appareil à toast pas nettoyer, sol collant, miroir sale. Les draps du lit traînaient par terre. Une équipe est intervenue après notre arrivée, à notre-demande. Deux femmes très gentilles mais qui n'ont pas eu le temps de régler l'ensemble des problèmes, qui nous ont gaché notre séjour. On osé même pas se détendre sur le canape car on sait pas ce que c'était comme tâches.
Depuis notre départ, nous avons écrit à plusieurs reprises sur WhatsApp car nous avons demandés un dommagement avec au moins le remboursement des frais de ménage qui s'élevait à plus de 100€, alors que nous avons dû effectuer nous même certaines tâches de nettoyage ( Machine à café à appareil à toast....).
A ce jour, nous sommes toujours sans réponse vous manquez énormément de considération pour vos clients nous n'allons pas recommandé vos services. Et ne reviendrons plus. On pensait avoir au moins votre retour à pour compensation mais à ce jour toujours rien. Nous allons dire à un maximum de personnes de ne surtout pas venir dans vos établissements.

Service from staff (particularly Georgia) was outstanding, she resolved any issues immediately and nothing was too much trouble.

Very easy to deal with and responsive to messages. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but were kept informed at all stages of our stay regardless.

We booked casa bonito on la torre for a 5 day break in July to look at some Spanish properties so didn’t need anything really grand and went with this company as they were the cheapest, on arrival the property was even better than the pictures clean bright very well situated close to the centre and the views from the balcony we’re fantastic, Unfortunately I hurt my back on route to Spain and was extremely impressed with the help I received from Marcus and his team nothing was too much trouble for them. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish and would not hesitate to book with them again. I have read some reviews regarding unfair deductions from the security deposit and the company being all about the money and strongly disagree with this as ours was refunded very quickly with no deductions and Marcus even gave me a e-scooter free of charge for 2 days to help as I couldn’t walk far due to back pain. Highly recommended 5 stars thank you so much for all your help Marcus and the team
