Had a problem with my new Musto white EVOLUTION ORIGINAL CREW CAP. The dye had run onto the white.
Customer Care kindly sent me a new replacement as it was still under their 2 year warranty. I didn’t even have to return the original one. Excellent service.

Saw it on 19 Oct. Ordered it on 19 Oct. Musto shipped it on 21 Oct. Received and wearing it 23 Oct. Two days from Musto shelves in the Netherlands to my shelves in Northern Israel. Great price, free shipping (the magnificent DHL On Demand), and they offer a pre-pay customs/VAT option to ensure lightning fast delivery. Received in perfect condition and exactly as ordered. No hesitation to buy from this site in future.

Took one star off because their site is not stable. Some days it works. Some days it dies a death in the middle of browsing/checking cart/ordering.

We contacted customer service about a refund and they were brilliant. No quibble money returned

Made an enquiry with reference to a jacket I purchased.
Some of the transfer or polymer to colour areas of the jacket was coming away.
Various emails and pictures galore sent and although they couldn't repair it or replace it.
They will give me a voucher for what I paid for the jacket.
I CAN'T ARGUE WITH THAT.
That's service and keeping the brand at the position it wants to be in.

Bit gutted the colored polymer couldn't be reapplied.
As it is a jacket I really like.

Pleasantly surprised with the offer made for the amount I paid for the jacket and accepted.

I mistakenly thought spending £200 on a jacket would secure me a quality product with outstanding customer service. NOT A CHANCE!
The jacket I ordered direct from Musto online arrived. I tried to try it on but my arm wouldn't even go through the left sleeve. After inspecting it and turning the sleeve inside out I realise the lining has been sewn to the outer sleeve twisted. I don't even know why this would get through the quality control I would expect from a 'perceived' quality brand.
I tried to contact Musto though various links in my original order. These all showed ERROR 404 PAGE NOT FOUND. So I found and email for customer service and explained the problem.
Today I received a reply from Ahmed who simply told me to return the item for which I will get a refund when the receive the item. NO APOLOGY AND NO EXCHANGE. Kiss my custom goodbye Musto!

I can’t speak for others but….I must say, I have never experienced customer service quite like this before. It's almost worth purchasing Musto products just for the exceptional customer service alone.

I own a few Musto jackets already because the quality is outstanding. Although I hope to never need customer support, knowing that you are there to assist completely alleviates any concerns.

What is going on with Musto?? Having ordered a jacket and two fleeces I am still waiting over a week later. Contacted the service number only to be informed that two items had been removed from my order. No explanation given as to why. Customer care team are poor. When I asked them to cancel the order for a full refund I was informed that this was not possible on their system as the order had shipped. The order however was still in Holland with DHL apparently on hold. This used to be a great company to do business with but I am seriously disappointed with them. I would recommend Henri Lloyd or Helly Hansen over Musto these days,

BIG NO !!!! low quality items , lower than many cheapother brands. Random sizes- one t-shirt M is good, another color , same model, same size is super small.

Ordered a coat because I thought Musto were a good brand. It was dispatched quickly but has since been stuck with customs or the useless courier ever since. The company ships items from another country but pretends to be a British company. Would never had ordered if I knew their stuff comes from abroad due to such complications or delays. Emailed Musto. No reply. Rang them and they said give it more time. Really not interested, no apology. Deceptive company. Non existent customer service. Courier says Musto didnt send an invoice with it or value of goods. Will now attempt to get a refund from these clowns but don't hold out much hope.

Total waste of time. Advertised a careers fair weeks in advance to me in my MBA program, poked me regularly to sign up for xyz etc. All software jobs.

Presumably headcount is what is advertised to companies so that they sign up.

Rip of prices for poor quality clothing where the standards have dropped. Musto quality use to be good but it is now poor. Better quality brands out there and much cheaper.

We don’t buy Musto clothing online so have never suffered the problems a lot of reviewers have had. Both my husband and I have several Musto garments which we wear the whole time and though they were expensive the quality is very good. Our sailing clothing has kept us warm and dry over the years and has served us well. We use the Cowes shop on the Isle of Wight and since Helly Hanson has taken over the company, they have what is called an ‘open door’ policy. Great in the Summer, never any doubt that they are open. However, to see their poor staff this week was sad, they were absolutely frozen in was 2 degrees outside, they were wrapped up and had the heating going full blast but the shop was very cold. What a way to treat your staff and what an appalling and unacceptable waste of heat. Are you passing the costs of this daft policy to your customers?

Was sent a discount code for signing up to their newsletter. Code didn't work but I needed the jacket in a hurry so I proceeded with the order and contacted customer care. Had no response to multiple emails over the past month. Absolutely loads of promotional emails though!

Ordered salopettes which weren't dispatched for 6 days. When they did arrive fit was poor (not Musto's fault) so I started a return. Got a return number but no address or label to send it to. Email about this was ignored. Rang them after 2 days and was sent a QR code. Musto received item 12 days ago, 16 days after I requested a return, and still no refund.
Edit 22-12-23 Refunded via bank chargeback. No response from Musto.

Just reported this company to the ACCC after they sold me an electronic gift voucher at the advertised 20% off during the Black Friday sale, didn’t send me the voucher and then when I called a week later to ask where it was was told ‘we don’t do discounted vouchers’. I advised the young man on the end of the phone that they certainly do given they had sold it to me and charged my credit card. Had I not called them I expect they’d have just taken my money and not sent the voucher. Hope the ACCC reminds them of their consumer obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. I demanded a refund and bought my friend a voucher from another more reliable store…

Great kit, if you get get it. I placed an order, after a week contacted Musto and was told the order was cancelled because some if it was unavailable. (Apparently their web site "does not reflect actual availability") Didn't bother to tell me, just waited for me to contact them. Wouldn't tell me which item was unavailable! Apparently, you are expected to wait a few weeks and try again, to see it the order is rejected again....

I’ve just taken delivery of a Musto Essential Fast Dry Crew Hat. I already had a blue one that I bought about 12 years or so ago which is performing very well. The new hat is red and no way of the same quality. The material is much thinner and gives the hat a cheap feel.

I have been waiting for a set of replacement HPX trousers since April.ie over 6 months. Now they are offering me a voucher which have already turned down. They have stated they will replace twice and change of service.
Poor very poor on a £1000 pair of trousers.

Very pleased with my jacket & sweatshirt. Great fit & quality. Ordered online & delivery quick despite it being a bank holiday week. Highly recommended.
