Good communication to make arrangement, efficient and great transfer to resort

Having used many companies over the years we have used this company several times now, the service has always been excellent, I would definitely recommend them. A great transfer from airport to ski resort with an excellent standard of driving and service.

They actually meet inside the airport terminal with a board held up on time. Driver wearinng uniform jacket. Used "waze" satnav to find quickest route, Management company replies to all emails etc. cant fault them.

Booking was very easy and I was able to book a whole car for my extended family from Grenoble to Saint Sorlin D'Arves.

Quick and easy service at a good price

I have just re-booked for April this year, following fantastic service last year.
Due to heavy snow when we were collected from our resort, our driver arrived early but didn’t rush us. He was helpful and friendly and was obviously an experienced driver, taking due care back down the mountain. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Booking the transfer went very smoothly with MV Transport. They are very professional.
We had to have some last minute changes due to flight delays and Aurore, Céline and Lucien were so very helpful, suggesting multiple solutions and being very accommodating and patient despite the many calls we had during that day. Thank you! Due to your efforts the team had a smooth journey :)

Great company - cheaper than all other transfer options from Lyon to Alpes d'huez. Great communication from them. no extra hidden charges ( tolls etc).

The was severe delays on motorway on date we needed to travel and we asked them to collect us earlier which they did , so we could get to the airport on time.

MV Transport were amazing!

Both of our drivers were incredibly nice. Clean vehicles and arrived on time and got us to our destination in very good time. The office responded quickly to me by email when I contacted them, and answered the phone very quickly when I rang to confirm our pickup. I certainly felt well cared for, which is the opposite experience of the last company I used for transfer in France (never ever ever use blablacar!)

My booking had been confirmed but when I cancelled the hotel reservation, the transfer was also cancelled by your group. I asked for this to be reversed but you refused to do this and I had to go through the whole process of re booking and paying. The initial confirmation sent to me was wrong. I was so concerned that a transfer would not be available that I booked a hire car, which I will now have to cancel. I have not still received the refund from you. This has been time consuming, stressful and involved a cost. I have been a customer of the MV group for many years and am very disappointed in the service that I received regarding this matter

This is the second year we've used MV, they are great, always on time, easy to communicate with. The Drivers are considerate and helpful. My young son can feel a bit unwell with the bendy roads higher up the mountains, the drivers have been considerate and calm with their driving and he has been comfortable on these journeys because of this, I really appreciate this.

Booking pretty straightforward experience. Have used once before and had no problem with our journey so hopefully will be just as professional and timely this time!
