I would highly recommend this company for an airport transfer. They were prompt on our arrival at Geneva and also on our return the following week the two mini buses arrived at Morzine for our suggested time. Unfortunately we had children who were sick on the way back and the driver was very helpful and patient. Big thank you to both of the drivers.

Leaving a review from the UK for MV Transport. I haven't actually had the transfers from Geneva airport to Saint Michel Valloire yet for me and two of my cycling friends which I have booked for July (it is currently June). I can send in a further review after the trip. So far the booking process and communication from Renuad at MV has been first class. On the MV website there are very easy and clear options to complete your booking and it also has a "live" diary to show availability. What I particularly liked was that MV didn't use cookies to hike up the price, as I visited their website several times before booking. Will return with a review of the actual services when we've had them.

Further update (June 22) EasyJet have just cancelled our flights and we were forced to amend the transfer booking with MV. Very happy to report that MV amended the booking with clear communication and without any issue (amendment made 4 weeks before flights). Thank you MV.

MV Transport were fantastic. We arrived at 22.30 (flight delayed) at Geneva & they were at the airport- we left Flaine at 4am to return & again they were exactly on time. Both drivers were courteous, helpful & friendly; we felt very safe on the mountain roads with them. Before both journeys the company contacted me to confirm collection & communication was excellent - and the price was MUCH better than ANY competitor.

If we return to the Alps & need a transfer from an airport, I will look to book with this company first. They removed the stress from a difficult journey & I was very impressed with their service; thank you MV Transport.

Despite our trip not going ahead in the end due to the pandemic. Everyone we had contact with were friendly and quick to respond to any questions or queries we had about our transfer.

Thank you MV Transport for your excellent service transferring my family from Geneva airport to Flaine in france and then back again. The booking process was simple and quick and the vehicles were very clean and comfortable. The drivers were smart and polite and although there was a slight delay being picked up due to some confusion as to which terminal we were at, easy communication with their control centre made the delay minimal.

A special thanks to driver James who not only managed to collect us an hour early due to severe weather and possible delays at the airport but who’s driving skills, patience and knowledge of the route were second to none. By far the most professional driver I have ever encountered. By contrast however, the first driver ought to wait until it’s safe before using his phone to be texting.

Having said that, the overall communication and level of service that we received was far better than others I have used before and I would not hesitate to use them again or indeed recommend them to others.

MV Transport provided an excellent service right from inital booking through to the transfer on the day. Our driver was prompt, courteous and very helpful - a huge thanks to him. I would definitely use MV Transport again.

I booked my transfer in 2019, then covid happened and MV moved my booking each year until 2022 when i was able to travel again. The pick up times were fantastic and their drivers are lovely and helpful. The price is the best, i highly recommend them

Appalling service, and failed to honour the legal obligations of a Quotation

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I requested a shared transfer/return for 95 Euros and received a quotation valid for 48 hrs.
The next day I then received this from them: "We can only guarantee you this shared transfer for those dates and times if you book for 3 persons at least (or 4 passengers on Saturdays)". My transfer is on a Saturday so fare now 380 Euros.

A quotation commits them to provide a service at a certain price,

So applied to book that to then find the Saturday was now not available,

Have requested details of Company Director so I can complain - no response.

This booking platform was super easy to use. The price is very acceptable.
One negative issue was that I was booking for transport to meet a flight from the UK, however the drop down didn't have the UK, only United European, I guess that it wasn't adjusted since Brexit.

Conversations with Meg via on line chat yesterday evening were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I then proceeded to book our transfers via email with Nathalie this morning. Email responses were immediate and very helpful again. MV Transport were professional throughout and offered well priced options in comparison to some other companies. So in a short space of time transfers have been booked and I would highly recommend. Thank you MV Transport.
