Fast delivery
I ordered a sample of a tinted moisturiser as I was unsure what shade I needed. It arrived within a few days well packaged and was really useful as the shade on the manufacturer site it recommended is too dark so I’ve now ordered a lighter shade to test out from this site. It’s a great way to try if you can’t get to an actual stockist to have a colour match in person without wasting a lot of money on the wrong shade. It was packaged well and was what I’d expect size wise from a sample.

Seller cheating on the weight
Ordered primer sample, it meant to be 5ml of it, arrived in small plastic pot, and bearly anything in the pot, I weighted it on food scales and whole thing including the plastic pot was 6ml so no chance there 5ml sample.

This is not correct . The pot is 1g it’s very light and samples are added by weight but the volume can look more or less . Unfair feedback . I’m not here to cheat anyone x

Excellent company
I ordered a primer sample as it is quite expensive and wanted to try before I bought it. It ordered on the Monday and was delivered on the FRiday. Excellent customer service, emails were answered straight away and very friendly. Would definitely use again

No email was received and as soon as the buyer made contact a refund was processed . There is PayPal goods and services which can be used if you dint receive your parcel so you are always covered ❤️

I ordered three foundation samples. They arrived with loosened lids on the pots resulting in leaked foundation within the packaging and virtually empty pots. I have emailed the company regarding this issue on three occasions and they are not responding. Appalling customer service.
I wonder are they a legit company?

This site was recommended by my friend who uses it to try out samples before committing to the actual cost of the larger size. What a great idea and it has saved me from expense mistakes. A great way of discovering new items. Samples packaged well. Very pleased

I placed an order for 2ml foundation…
I placed an order for 2ml foundation samples. 9 days later they have arrived & all 3 pots are pretty much empty!! A very small amount has been put in the pots. Fuming.
