I used this platform for the AAIDS through MIT Professional Program and had a wonderful experience! The course was well organized, had various career and education resources and multiple points of contact for my questions and inquiries. The course content was very thorough and challenging, and the skills and knowledge I gained will undoubtedly be invaluable to my career. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, i enrolled for No code Agentic AI program and in nutshelli can say it more of a scam. The program was described as heands on progarm. The sales team promised that there will be mentored sessions to make sure we can apply what we learnt in the recorded videos. Unfortunately, the mandatory mentored session addressed theoretical matters. The programs itself was more of data analysis rebranded with AI title. The other supposedly hands on session didn't consider people who's weekend is Friday and Saturday .. so session were only on sunday with impossible timing to attend. To note that the sales team selling me the program mentioned that the program managers will accomodate individuals that can't attend sessions on sunday by providing hands on sessions on friday or saturday. Which didn't happen. I did watched the recorded sessions.. but it was useless.. and who wants to pay money for useless recorded videos when he can watch it for free on YouTube. At least on youtube you can find something useful. You can also look for free tutorial on each tool you want to learn. That will be available on the tool's website!
The material itself in the sessions covered old versions of the AI Tools we were supposed to learn.
When i raised the concerns and started criticizing i did receive calls from customer service that they aim to keep the program rating of 5. When i continued to escalate and requested refund since the company did not provide the product they promised ( after 5 to 6 weeks in the program i learned nothing related to Hands on AI) they blocked my account. To silent my voice on the tickets on low rating i was providing for the session. Then i have been blocked on whatsapp by the sales team and program manager. Although i had paid all the due installments on time. At this stage. I don't have access to complete the graded assessment due tomorrow. Nor i received a reply on the refund agreement. The program is supposedly in coordination with MIT. Am not sure of MIT is aware of such practices. In all cases i will make sure they become aware of this

We signed up based on promise by marketing consultant- Monika that fees would be $3200. After we paid initial amount the price went up to $4000.

I had a disappointing experience with Great Learning's Generative AI certification program in collaboration with IIT Bombay. After several discussions and calls encouraging me to enroll, I was later informed that I was ineligible because I hold a 3-year diploma instead of a degree—despite having 27 years of industry experience as a Senior SAP Supply Chain Solution Architect at one of UK based automobile manufacturer.

This eligibility criterion should have been made clear from the outset. Rejecting experienced professionals solely based on a degree requirement raises questions about whether practical expertise is truly valued. If this policy comes from IIT Bombay it is also a question mark on IIT Bombay and it should be communicated transparently before candidates invest their time and effort.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this program due to the lack of clarity around its admission criteria in conjunction with IIT Bombay.

I enrolled in Great Learning's PGP in Data Science and Business Analytics with the MS in AI/ML (Walsh College) expecting quality education and meaningful career support. Unfortunately, my experience did not justify the investment.

The second year lacked depth, relied heavily on recorded videos, repeated concepts covered earlier. The curriculum also differed from what was presented during admission.

My biggest disappointment was the lack of placement assistance. Based on the way the program was marketed, I expected stronger career support, but I was later informed that the MS program does not provide placement assistance.

In my opinion, the program is expensive compared to other courses offering similar knowledge. I also found the admission process far more responsive than the support provided after enrollment. Despite raising detailed concerns and requesting escalation, I did not receive satisfactory responses.

Carefully verify the curriculum, career support, and overall value before making such a significant financial commitment.

I truly enjoyed and gained so much value from the AI Leadership & Transformation program from Chicago Booth on the Great Learning platform. The instructors were extremely well prepared, and provided amazing insights into outlining the roadmap to bringing AI transformation into different industries. The 10-week course requires you to put in the work but you will come out of it “transformed” and equipped to bring values to any organization!

great learning is a complete scam and fraud, i have done Cloud computing from there in 2024, they not accepted my capstone projects, when i try to reach them no body was picking call after till today, they promised placement and this and that and that is Complete Bullshit, i wasted my hard earned money and invaluable time there, they are complete fraud

I enrolled in Great Learning's free online Product Management course after seeing their advertisement, which stated that by paying ₹299, I would receive both the course and a certificate.

Based on this advertisement, I paid the fee. However, after payment, I did not receive any course material, PDF, or access to an online course. The only thing I received was a certificate, which is of little value without the actual learning content.

I contacted Great Learning through email and also spoke with a representative. I was assured that someone would get back to me regarding the issue. Unfortunately, I have still not received:

• The course content
• Any callback or follow-up communication
• Any response to my emails

This experience has been disappointing because the advertisement led me to believe that I would receive training along with certification. I hope Great Learning reviews this matter, provides clarification, and resolves the issue for affected learners.

I signed up for Great Learning’s Agentic AI program because I was missing a few pieces of the puzzle and wanted a solid, big-picture view of how these strategies connect. Honestly, the experience has been great—the resources are super solid, and the pace is perfect if you like studying on your own terms. The masterclasses are a huge highlight since they always dive into cutting-edge, state-of-the-art topics. I highly recommend it if you're just getting into Agentic AI or if you're an architect needing a well-rounded perspective!

I started the DBA program at Great Learning in collaboration with University of Texas and Walsh College. The 1st year us completed now.
While their internal processes are sometimes chaotic, the content of the course is really terrific: Demanding, well structured, good pace, great material.
The provide an excellent LMS, very good, competent lecturers and continuous learn control.

I'm waiting to begin a course and nothing seems to be working. I replied to an email and the response was No address.

Compared to other online courses, they explain the theory thoroughly. They have good examples to cover each topic to the extent a company needs. Reinforcement learning is a complex topic and they have good examples on how to apply it.

I have taken 5 AI classes from Great Learning for what I call my "Self-Directed Masters Program in AI" It's astonishing how much I have learned in such a short time. Starting from basic neural networks 2 years ago to multi-agentic systems now, I am completely versed in state of the art AI design which would have been impossible without it. The curriculum is up to the minute and the instructors are world class. But the real learning takes place in the mentored learning sessions where you can ask questions from the experts, and the hands on projects where you actually write programs that drive that curriculum home. I think this is the future of learning and I would highly recommend Great Learning to anyone interested in learning new subject matter.

I signed up for the intro Python course. The instructors accent is so thick I can't understand him. I emailed support and got a generic response. This was a waste of time and money,

I recently completed an Agentic AI course from The University of Texas at Austin, delivered through the Great Learning platform. I truly enjoyed every aspect of the course. The platform’s approach to bite-sized learning through short videos, combined with hands-on learning sessions, made the experience highly engaging and effective.

The program team was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the journey, especially Mohit, who was always available whenever needed and consistently went above and beyond to ensure student success.

I would highly recommend this platform to anyone looking to pursue an online course and enhance their learning experience.
