Excellent customer service. Sarah Morris was very patient, knowledgeable and kind. Made our party booking very straightforward and stress free.

The booking was easy, the prices are good. If you have a query you can speak to someone on the phone. The chat bots are ok but if they do not help they will ring you.

Great prices compared some other travel company's. I have used theseva few times before never had any issues.

It's hard to describe the service levels with My Kind of Cruises.
I am new to the whole world of cruising but the help and assistance I receive from Courtney and Charlotte is exceptional. It's like having an elder sister managing your every booking. Quite exceptional. I cannot recommend them more.

Really great, helpful service I used chat to leave some queries about a specific cruise and some varied elements about interconnecting rooms and some specific locations I was looking at. Received a thorough email from Charlotte soon after which we followed up with a few further queries. She rung straightaway to talk through what I’d asked and clarified everything without any pressure so we had the facts and could check anything we needed. I was happy to book at that time anyhow and she had everything booked in for us as we’d required within twenty minutes of speaking to her and it was a very easy stress free process. Reassured that we can contact her if there are any issues in the future as the cruise is 18 months away and very pleasant helpful lady. I’ve looked at My kind of Cruise for a while and it seems to be the best prices and this was no exception compared to booking with the company direct. We are looking forward to a great family cruise :-)

Booked a cruise through online chat. The process was simple, quick and efficient.
My online chat experience was with Charlotte who guided me through effortlessly with patience and politeness whilst saving me a few pounds in the process.

The booking process was really easy. I had contacted the cruise company direct but got a better deal through My Kind of Cruise. I received an email from them after I had booked offering to find me the best deal but unfortunately I had already booked so it was too late. I will contact them before booking in future to see if I can get an even better deal. Very happy though with the deal I got

Highly recommend this company, just booked my 3rd cruise with them. I usually book direct but the cruises I booked still cheaper with My Kind Of cruise.
Charlotte today was really helpful, knew to book my cabins together without me asking (and best location for grade) , explained new processes to me and checked out I was happy with everything and then sent me extra confirmation of things I’d highlighted (without me asking) so I’m reassured everything in place. Excellent and much appreciated.
