Would give no stars if possible. Awfully rude response to a genuine complaint as my plates were not right. Not impressed. I really would recommend people to not use this company - very poor service.... Toon meer

Website displays a same day dispatch. Not the case for me.
No answer on the phone number displayed on the website. Still awaiting an update.

Poor quality plates, terrible customer service
WARNING DO NOT USE! I have received 2 number plates from them both were defective with air bubbles under them. I have had to send them back and they expect the customer to pay postage. Still haven’t had my refund. They claim excellent customer service I have had to prompt them twice now to even respond. Will now have to get PayPal involved to get my money back. Never again it’s been a real hassle. They now responded to PayPal to delay the matter of giving me my refund.

WARNING - PREMIUM RATE NUMBER
Whatever you do, be aware their phone number is not a mobile number. 07700 numbers are a high charge rate premium number. You are going to get billed to speak with them.

Order paid and not received
Order placed nearly 2 weeks ago, confirmation email received and money left my account. No sign of the plates, emails are going unanswered and phone number is just ringing.
Since this review was posted the company have contacted me and claimed it was the fault of Royal Mail that my order wasn’t delivered (it still hasn’t) they did refund me in full when I requested. Since the refund they have contacted me numerous times asking me to remove this review, they have even tried asking Trustpilot to remove it claiming it was supposed to be against a different company. I’m leaving the review up as I believe they only finally contacted me because of the review.

Absolutely brilliant firm.
Absolutely brilliant firm.
So good in today's world that a firm and its staff take the time to check that the order is correct.
Great communication as well.
Will definitely recommend and use again.

Still waiting…
Husband ordered two sets of plates over Christmas. Dispatch emails received on the 27th December with tracking showing guaranteed by 1pm and we are still waiting! Have emailed twice with no response. Should have gone to Halfords!

Hello Amelia,
I really apologies for the delay of your order but the festive period does have an impact on deliveries. Ordering on Christmas and expecting a next day is very unachievable. The weather did not help. As you know we dispatched your goods the same day. I hope we can restore faith and if you require another set of plates please email us and I will organize a half price set for the inconvenience.
Take care
Mike

Company doesn’t respond to emails and they don’t answer the phone . Communication is terrible. I paid for next day delivery by 1pm and it has not arrived. I would not recommend using this company after my experience.

Do NOT order from these guys
Do NOT order from these guys. Ordered plates 8 days ago and still haven't received. Have sent 3 emails asking for update or refund and now they have gone silent. Absolute joke of a company. Communication was within an hour initially (if not a little sarcastic) from the owner and now nothing. He is very quick on every email to tell you how they have been going for 20 years though. Not sure they will make another 20 with their service or attitude.

HI MATTHEW RILEY, I am just following up on this.
Have you received your goods now? I can see you signed for them..
Apologies the storm had caused delays but we did post your goods the same day, looking at it you received them on the 8th working day. The delivery was out of our control.
I can see we kept you in the loop throughout each email you sent.
Please let me know if all received? Presuming you have them on the car now and are happy? A slight delay from Royal mail unfortunately can tarnish our business and we hope you understand this is beyond our control, you will see on the date shipped it was straight away.
Thank you and take care
Mike
