I have used My Sliding Wardrobe now on 3 occasions and I have been impressed each time. Communication with the order, delivery and installation guidelines were excellent. The delivery drivers were very helpful and friendly.
Overall a great product with great service at a reasonable price.

I initially rang My Sliding Wardrobes for some advice with my order as I wasn’t sure on the measurements. They could not have been more helpful from start to finish, told me everything I needed to do and didn’t oversell unnecessary kit. Once delivered they continued to advise me and came back with answers out of office hours. The doors are amazing quality, far better than any I’ve seen off the shelf and fit perfectly.

Right through from the very thoughtful and helpful delivery driver to the finish of the installation everything was first class.

Ordering the wardrobes was very straight forward and they were delivered without hassle on the agreed date.
Installation was pretty straightforward and I am delighted with the finished product which finished off a newly decorated bedroom, hiding some built in shelves to give the room a professional and clean look.

I have purchased twice from MSW in the last 18 months. Both times I have not had an issue with quality or measurements. Their website (wardrobe builder) takes the stress out of guessing what tollerence you might need and calcuating overlaps, etc.
They provide clear instructions, especially about ensuring casings are square (use shims/packing), the end result is great, door slide very well and look good. My only negative is I feel the cost is a bit high and lead times were a few weeks, but this is offset with low hassel and ease of installation.

Item was very easy to fit and doors ran very smoothly once fitted. Would have preferred a hard copy of instructions with delivery but instructions are sent via email beforehand so no issue.

Ordering on line was easy. Booking a delivery slot was easy and I was kept updated. Delivery was both pleasant and quick. Items look great in situ. It wasn't too difficult to install either! Great all round 👍

I was looking for made-to-measure sliding mirror doors and after checking quite a few websites, MSW caught my attention. The website is so intuitive, provided simple to understand guidance, a lot of choice, clear images of how the doors will look and best of all, WhatsApp contact details to ask any questions and seek advice which came in very handy. I managed to upload images and videos of the shell and got advice that casement was not required, saving me unnecessary expense. The doors arrived as per schedule, with detailed installation instructions. Fitted perfectly!! Have recommended the company to family and friends!!

Ordered made to measure mirrored wardrobes. Product is brilliant, easily fitted by my joiner and the final doors look really good. I also got great advice on the phone in the run up to my purchase which helped me choose final product.

Shopped around a bit and found My Sliding Wardrobe offered the best prices for my needs and budget. Online design tool was easy to use and ordering was simple. Delivery was on time and seamless. Relatively easy to self install and very pleased with the final results. Build quality is excellent. Doors slide smoothly and soft close mechanism works a treat. Definitely recommend.

I ordered the doors 2 years ago... and had since misplaced installation instructions. Having emailed, the communication was as instant as you can expect. No autoreply and we will 'respond within 5 days' nonsense. A confirmation of an order number - I sent 2 images - and literally the next day - instructions in inbox. How simple. Communicate with your customers - including one who purchased the times 2 years ago. There are many many companies that should take note - staring with utilities and phone companies... this is how you communicate!

Would definitely recommend.
Doors were delivered on the specified date, with an am/pm notification two days before and the driver gave 50-mins notice before arriving.
There was no delivery damage, doors were 100% perfect. Colour etc as expected.
We fitted them ourselves (competent DIY'er) using MSW's online PDF instructions, install was easy and went in without any issues at all (i.e. our measurements and MSW's manufacture was all good).
The sliding wheels etc (top and bottom of doors) are ultra smooth and glide effortlessly.
We didn't buy the soft-close so can't comment on those.
All-in-all a good experience and if we needed more we would definitely buy from here. We would definitely recommend this supplier.
