The purchasing of the product was very easy, the dispatch through their chosen courier was perfect having the choice of days and updates regarding delivery slot.
I did have an issue with one of the doors bit that is a suppliers issues nothing to do with this company however they resolved the problem within a day and arranged for a replacement. The customer service is second to none and I would recommend this company.

Although we had a a faulty wardrobe door the customer service was A1. We were informed every step of the way until it was sorted. Very quick response and excellent service

Good delivery kept us informed. Arrived in less time than expected. Good quality doors fairly straightforward to assemble but ideally needs two people as tall and heavy.

Lisa the sale rep is incredibly helpful, Lisa gave me a great price & packed everything up into a basket & emailed me the link so all I had to do was clink the link & pay.

Genuinely over the moon. Was a little dubious at how they could be as cheap as they were, but I was not disappointed! Great customer service and they even gave me a 5% off code just for asking!!! Sorted out a small delivery issue too. Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service from Lisa. We had to return wardrobe doors and track after the size being too large (my mistake) and the company got back to me straight away to arrange collection /refund.

I bought 4 doors with black panelling and on 1 door the panelling lubes do not meet the edge of the door - explained this and provided photos but was told it was bye fitters fault who is a wardrobe fitter - called the fitter back who was furious and could not put it right - zero accountability - the doors look good but forget it if you have an issue - disappointed

From ordering to delivery it all was very smooth I was emailed and texted by the delivery company and it arrived on time and well packaged. The door kit itself is very good quality with metal tracks easy to install and they move easily and smoothly. I installed the kit on my own so with two people it would of been a breeze all in all a very easy pleasant experience

Im no expert when it comes to sliding doors, but the advice and help I got from Amanda at sliding doorworld really sorted me out. It made the job simple and trouble free with lots of help directed for me via video/PDF guidenance. I also saved lots of time and money by being sent the correct parts that fitted easily, at very reasonable price, that came quickly. Amazing service!!! Thankyou Carl

Great product at a good price, only negative is the time it took from ordering to delivery.
Cannot fault the delivery team, they kept in touch and made sure all was correct and safely stored

Placed an order 3 weeks ago, chased it after a week and was told it takes 2-3 weeks so expect it by 27/4. Chased on the 26/4 to be told it was with the courier and they hadn’t delivered it. Asked them to chase with the courier, they came back and said no clue when it would be delivered. Completely weak and wet, no push with the courier to get it sorted just plain useless. Had to get a refund and a lot of inconvenience after waiting 3 weeks. Useless

The Doors I ordered arrived in good time and the company kept us informed throughout. Unfortunately, one of the mirrored doors broke as I was attempting to fit it. The company kindly offered a good discount on a replacement door and processed the order speedily.

Great phone service to ensure the order was correct. All parts for the two wardrobes that I orders were delivered intact, undamaged and all complete. The delivery driver took great care to ensure everything was placed where I wanted it ready for assembly.
