Installed spacepro doors a few years ago and fully appreciate the quality of the product. Recently ordered three sets of doors for our new property and was surprised and impressed with the customer care from Zoe through the ordering process. Professional advice around door configuration improved the the product I ordered and provided a substantial saving. Exceptional service.

Couldn't be easier. Exactly what I wanted at very good price.

I dealt with Amanda from the beginning with the online purchase, dealing with all my questions/queries to the issues that I had with the delivery Company. Her prompt responses and continued efforts to contact the delivery Company was excellent and she never made me feel that I was s nuisance but showed empathy when required.

Absolutely fantastic product.
Arrived pm and all fitted by the next day. We are really pleased with the results and the quality of the units was very good. The runners and fittings particularly are excellent and will clearly last well.
Amanda in customer service was very helpful when I requested extra positioners.
The delivery had to take place when I was out but the driver put them exactly where I needed them and covered them from the rain.
Great job by everyone concerned.

Easy to follow instructions for ordering on line. Everything arrived on time and nothing missing. The quality of the space pro interiors are very good and the panels are extra long so you can cut to almost any wardrobe height and width. Simple to fit and brackets included. ( no screws). I would definitely order again. Thank you.

From making the initial order on Web to finishing fit.
All the info you need is on their website including installation instructions to download, but also if you need to talk to someone on the phone, I found their customer service department excellent, guiding me through the order process and delivery.
Firstly ordering is simply done online. Simply measure height and width you want and fill in your details. They do standard sized sliding doors as well but I wanted them custom made.
Lead time for custom made was a little over 3 weeks.
For my transaction communication from then on was all via email and was all very smooth.
Initial order was 5th March
6th March they emailed me a suggested delivery date of 26th march
7th March I confirmed date and they confirmed date reserved a few hours later stating am or pm delivery would be confirmed later.
24th March - I then received email stating delivery will be morning slot 26th March between 08:00-13:00 and advised the delivery guy would phone 30-45 mins before arrival
26th March - Exactly as promised I received phone call at 09:00 stating he will arrive in 1/2 hr and doors delivered 09:30

The delivery guy(Brian?) was really friendly and helpful.
The sliding wardrobe doors look excellent quality, run very smoothly and we're an excellent fit. The adjustments on the wheels were really useful for fine tuning the fit.

I have no hesitation in recommending "sliding wardrobe world" on all fronts - Price, quality, communication and service.

I ordered two doors and an internal hanging unit, on arrival it was noted by the driver and my self that the box was damp at one end for the internal hanging unit. On opening the box you could see that the chipboard for the unit was wet. Contacted the company and spoke with Amanda who could not have been more helpful, we decided to see if they would dry out over the weekend with them been inside, unfortunately they did not. I got back to Amanda and a was informed that a replacement internal hanging unit would be dispatched via DHL, great service and a very happy customer.

Great item and very easy to install

Good Product and now installed looks as advised. However the delivery experience and customer service was shocking. Never had such an unhelpful delivery driver who wasnt prepared to put into the room required without pressure. Then just left when doors blocking landings and bedroom and couldnt care a less. Also advised timings of delivery which were 45 minutes out and no update provided. Really very poor
