Brilliant service and communication from Mariann, who was so helpful both on the telephone and via email. My address details were checked, as I was renting a wedding dress was happy for them to do that, to make sure such an important dress arrived safely. Prompt delivery and well packaged. The dress was new with tags and a perfect fit, having rented the dress for 4 days to try it was so beautiful I decided to buy it, again great communication and I received a refund for my rental costs. I would certainly use My Wardrobe HQ again. Thank you

Definitely a scam and have reported as fraud - very weird email asking me to confirm my address with a utility bill as follows:

Thank you so much for your order! Unfortunately at the moment there are not enough data points to link you to your address according to our security checks. Not to worry, this may be because you have moved house recently, for example.

Please could you send proof of address as an attachment in reply to this email. This could be a photo of a utility bill or cropped bank statement showing that you live at the address that you have provided for the order.

I have had £100 taken from my account for no reason despite not ordering anything. Have reported to MywardrobeHQ but nobody there seems to care, fobbing me off with the excuse that this is the fault of its payment provider. I've now had to get my bank involved to try to get my money back.

Super dodgy website. I bought something from them over a year ago and it was horrible quality, and there was absolutely no customer service to help me return it, it took forever, and I had to pay for shipping.

Now over a year later, I got randomly charger £100 !!! I was never subscribed and i did not buy anything from them. I complained and never heard back, so I had to cancel my card. Horrible company

Had a wonderful shopping experience at My Wardrobe HQ in Harrods - the lovely Ben who looked after us was so amazing and patient with us. Nothing was too much trouble, he really went out of his way to help me make a decision - we could have stayed there all day but that would have been unkind to him as I was really dithering !!!! Ended up with a fabulous Max Mara dress thats just perfect - wouldnt have noticed it if it hadnt been for Ben ! Such a lovely morning was had by all !

Hello all, I have rented from My Wardrobe HQ three times. My experience is always great. The clothes are shipped in a timely fashion and they are easy to send back! It's so wonderful to have access to beautiful pieces when you need them for an event. The other day I had only a couple of hours to sort myself out for a premiere and I went in person to rent. I had about 5 minutes to choose something to wear. Ben made me feel at ease and helped me the whole way through. He checked out my items quickly and his whole chill, friendly demeanor was such a help at a time when I was stressed. Thank you guys!

SENT ITEMS TO THEM ALMOST A YEAR AGO - THEY THEN CLAIMED AFTER WEEKS OF NO REPLIES OR UPDATES THAT MY ITEMS HAD GONE MISSING WITH THE COURIER DPD - THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME... THE CONVERSATION DRIED UP AT THEIR END I STOPPED RECEIVING UPDATES ON THE STATUS ONLY FOR ME TO SEE MY ITEMS LISTED ONLINE FOR HIRE DESPITE BEING TOLD MY ITEMS ARE MISSING

I ordered a hire dress for a wedding on Saturday. I ordered it two days before I needed it as the website advised. The dress never arrived and I was left with a bit of a panic. No contact from company. I have paid, let’s hope I can get a refund. Wish I had read other reviews before I bothered.

I really want to find a great clothing rental company in the UK but this is not it. I signed up for the monthly subscription but the overall experience is really lacking so I’m cancelling my subscription. Here are a summary of my issues:
1. The selection of clothes is really poor (less than 10 designers)
2. The don’t have an app. It’s 2023 not 2003. Would be okay if the website worked, it doesn’t (see point 3)
3. The website functionality is dreadful. Really difficult to add items and then near impossible to select favourites so they just send you what you added first. So I ended up with a bunch of winter items in September. Email was ignored when I contacted them about this
4. The clothes arrive with tatty yellow ribbons attached to them with plastic staples. It says you need to return them with the ribbons still attached so unclear how you wear the clothes…
5. No reminders to return the clothes at the end of your month. Unclear where / how to get the return labels
6. Use cardboard boxes rather than reusable return envelope to deliver the clothes.
Overall the experience is very, very budget and underwhelming for price.

Die machen Gewinnspiele, angeblich Samsonite Koffer für 2€ gewonnen, man muss über Kreditkarte bezahlen und Zack eine Abbo Falle, paar Tage später ziehen die unbefugt 44€ von der Kreditkarte ab. Musste Karte sperren und Anzeige wegen Betrug bei der Polizei erhoben!

Terrible experience. I received a very poor quality Jenny Packham dress. Sequins hanging off, stiletto holes through the bottom of the tulle, and to top it off, the dress stank! I’ve emailed the company (twice) and called for a refund. A month later still heard nothing back, I’m now having to go through my bank to get a refund. I’m still hopeful the ‘rent an item’ model works but only with a company who is focused on lending quality goods. Steer clear of this one.

I have rented twice now what a great business ! It was a pleasure to get the chance to wear stunning dress for special occasion Thankyou my wardrobe .
The service was great arrived on time , easy to return no need to dry clean etc . Wouldn’t hestitate to rent again and all my friends are now going to do it in the future as well

I ordered a designer dress for a wedding, the dress arrived on time as promised. I realised I had mixed up the dates of the wedding I hired the dress for and My Wardrob HQ were very helpful and accommodating on the phone when I needed to extend the hire by a day. I LOVED wearing the dress and would hire it again. Thank you very much MWHQ.

It was my pleasure to work with My Wardrobe recently creating a display space within Harrod's London. I found them to organized and very customer focused. They are certainly very skilled at what they do, and I look forward to working with them again on the next project.
