Easy and clear website geat customer service. the badge I wanted was easily customisable. I made the order but had made a mistake which their design team picked up on. They emailed me to explain why they thought my choice would not work and offerred me a solution before going into production. Excellent customer service.

Magnets arrived quickly and were…
Magnets arrived quickly and were printed with good logo resolution, the multiple names tool was helpful for ordering for lots of staff members. Only critique would be some of the magnets stuck to the reverse of the name badge were not applied correctly so needed to be take off and applied again, this was easy enough to fix.

Quick and easy to order
I have ordered from Name Badges International three times now and have always found their website easy to use. It's really useful being able to see what your badge will look like and you can play around until you're happy before ordering. Being able to upload a spreadsheet of details takes away the faff of having to input the details individually. The turnaround from ordering to receiving the badges is quick, even on standard delivery.
The quality of the badges is very good. If you're unsure, ordering the sample packs is useful to see which style suits your purpose best.
