There is absolutely no budging on…
There is absolutely no budging on payment upfront, which is difficult for us a teaching hospital. Also despite having told them for 4 years our address is not the flats attached to the hospital, the badges still go there. A tenant notified me, a package was at the flats, for me

We can confirm that we do offer the option of setting up a credit facility account for eligible customers. With a credit account, your badges can be manufactured and dispatched, with an invoice then issued for payment. Alternatively, if you do not have a credit facility, all orders are required to be paid for in full before production can begin.
Having reviewed your account, we also noticed that there were two different delivery addresses saved against your details, one of which was the flat address. We appreciate that having more than one address on the account may have contributed to the confusion with your recent order.
To prevent this from happening again, we can confirm that the incorrect flat address has now been removed from your account. Your account now contains only the correct delivery address, which should help ensure that any future orders are sent to the intended location.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this situation has caused and appreciate your patience and understanding. We value your custom and hope that we can provide you with a much smoother experience with any future orders.
