Many thanks for taking the time to write a review based on your recent order with Name Badges International. We are very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced and would like to offer our sincere apologies for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused.

We can confirm that we do offer the option of setting up a credit facility account for eligible customers. With a credit account, your badges can be manufactured and dispatched, with an invoice then issued for payment. Alternatively, if you do not have a credit facility, all orders are required to be paid for in full before production can begin.

Having reviewed your account, we also noticed that there were two different delivery addresses saved against your details, one of which was the flat address. We appreciate that having more than one address on the account may have contributed to the confusion with your recent order.

To prevent this from happening again, we can confirm that the incorrect flat address has now been removed from your account. Your account now contains only the correct delivery address, which should help ensure that any future orders are sent to the intended location.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this situation has caused and appreciate your patience and understanding. We value your custom and hope that we can provide you with a much smoother experience with any future orders.

We have looked into your order and can confirm that the badge was produced in accordance with the details and specifications provided when the order was placed online. As part of our online ordering process, there are several stages where customers are given the opportunity to review and approve the badge design before production takes place. Based on the information available to us, the badge was therefore produced as per the approved order.

We appreciate that you may have concerns regarding the badge you received, and we would of course be happy to discuss these with you further to better understand the issue and see whether there is anything we can do to assist.

Our Customer Relations Manager has attempted to contact you by telephone to discuss your concerns directly. Unfortunately, they were unable to reach you and have left a message with your colleague asking you to return their call at your earliest convenience.

We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly and hopefully resolve any concerns you may have.

Update, following on from our call we have offered a discount as a good will gesture on a new order.
