Easy to order and quality products, but FedEx let's them down
Easy to order and quality products. Customer service team helpful. Only thing that let's this company down is that they use FedEx who were very unreliable with delivery on both occasions we placed orders. Saying attempted delivery and 'no one home' when delivering to an office address in the middle of the day. In the last order, we had two failed delivery attempts (when we were there), and then they forgot to add to the van the next day, so we didn't have the badges in time for an event.
