Non existent costumer service
To start this is possibly the worst most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. My dryer stopped heating on April 5. I put my claim in on the same day. They very quickly sent a technician to diagnose the problem he said they were going to have to order the parts. A week later and still no parts. I tried to look for a number to call to see what was going on. When I called the number it just says to email them. When I emailed them I ask for a call back. They called a day or two later. I missed the call so I guess I’m supposed to start over. I finally found a number where I was able to talk to someone but I was told I wasn’t supposed to call that number. I told the person my situation and how bad my experience had been. Finally they looked into my situation and ordered the part. About 5 days later the part arrived. The part they sent was used and the technician wasn’t able to get it to work. So as of writing this review. My dryer doesn’t work. I can’t get in touch with anyone to find out what is happening. It has been over two weeks and I’m in the same place that I started. My advice to anyone who is in need of repair. Ask for anyone but nana. They couldn’t possibly be any worse.

Was scheduled on 4/4 8am to 12pm for Samsung washer repair. No call. No show. Reschedule throughout the whole week. Status says still searching for available technician in our area, which is in Seattle. Bogus extended warranty.

DO NOT EVER get Home Depot extended warranty on appliances! After 4 days of "select another availability", was scheduled for today, March 28. No call no show. Worst "repair" service company on earth. Phone support is non-existant, their answering machine tells yo to go to their website which is ZERO HELP. Stay away, at all costs.

It all looked like a scam at first: everything was managed through the app, no phone number to contact, but the parts arrived on time.
Then Ernesto confirmed the date and fixed everything within an hour*.
Neat, respectful and professional.

FYI: The ice-maker needs to be replaced as well as the motherboard that is accessible from the back of the refrigerator.

Still haven't arrived
Still haven't arrived. They write emails saying they'll do this and that. They do nothing. Zero stars. They don't have tech in area. Gave them dates to come here feb 22,23,24. I don't believe technicians work for them. They only have people that write emails giving excuses and false info.

Absolutely impossible to contact them. Appointment scheduled through GE. Phone number given advises going to their website. You can chat to a bot, and request a call or email. Neither request was responded to. Impossible to navigate the scheduling confirmation, just a useless waste of time.
And now after replying they are also lying, no phone call was made to me. My whole point of emailing and calling them was because their impossible system wouldn't allow me to accept their terms and conditions. Lame reply from a lame company. Finally asked GE for a real business to be assigned and not some overseas based call center. Got a local company assigned who called within 30 minutes.

Worst possible support model
Worst possible support model. Support scheduling is always 5+days out. Technicians have no expertise - they are newly hired and poorly trained. The interface is a chat bot that only knows how to close tickets. I click that my issue is not resolved and it congratulates me on my issue being fixed. Ug! I'm on my 4th visit and haven't had a working refrigerator/freezer for 5 weeks. This am essential appliance that should be treated with some urgency. I will never buy a Samsung appliance again.

THEY GET 0 STARS FROM ME...
If i could put no stars i would.They sent a guy by the name of Joshua to come replace my ICE MAKER and he came out on a Saturday to change my ice maker and he made my refrigerator go out...all my food went bad i had to wait till Wednesday 4 days later for them to send someone back out to fix the issue...come to find out the guy forgot to connect 1 plug and thats why my refrigerator stop working and now they don't want to repay me for the food that i lost over a mistake they're worker made...NEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL THEM FOR NOTHING I DEFINITELY WONT REFER THEM TO ANYBODY
