The technician I had was very pleasant, kind and knowledgeable to tell me how to maintain and keep my dryer from breaking down every 6 months.

Our experience so far has been pretty seamless! After submitting our claim we received confirmation emails of parts ordered and appointment(s) made. Our first appointment technician was professional, on-time, and knowledgeable. We hope to see him again to complete the job!

I was able to quickly schedule an appointment for repair. The repair man came out and wasn't able to solve the problem immediately, however, the co decided to pay me out in full for a new washer.
Nana Provides Exceptional Service
Even though Samsung made the warranty repair more difficult - Nana was terrific. When the repair ticket was reopened - Nana fit it into my schedule, had all potential parts needed shipped to the home and sent the same technician to reassess the problem and repair the refrigerator. I would use Nana again.

They lied and claimed that they called and left a message. Their customer service is non-existent. Try calling their phone number, see if you can actually get a live person. Anybody leaving positive reviews here was paid or it's just made up.
