Matthew: calm, collected, good communicator, knows his stuff, fixed the problem, gave us advice on an issue caused by the initial problem but external to the dishwasher itself. Also gave helpful advice about our clothes washer and dryer, and refrigerator.

The service technician Hector

The service technician Hector, was very professional and knowledgeable about all home appliances, and made the requested repairs in a timely manner. My only concern was the high cost of the minor repairs done. Thanks!

BEWARE!!!

BEWARE!!!! This company is AWFUL!!! There is no phone number to call that you can actually reach and speak to a live person. The ONLY phone number listed forces you to submit a message and/or phone call request online. I have done BOTH several times now with absolutely ZERO response! My service was through an extended warranty program, yet Nana incorrectly charged ME $200 to which, again, I have not been able to get a remedy for because I have been COMPLETELY IGNORED!!! The only reason I even gave ONE star is because you have to leave a rating in order to post your review. I have never, in my life, had such an issue with a company. Clearly, they could care less about customer service and will take your money and run. I'm currently seeking other avenues of recourse and am hoping I don't have to take drastic measures in order to get my money back.

Horrible attitude

Horrible attitude, didn't know about my machine, couldn't use his own phone let alone fix something. Rescheduled 3 times. Can't get the company on the phone, have to send an email and wait for someone to call back.

What a great experience!

The whole scheduling process was very easy. Even though my appointment was scheduled for May 23rd, the tech message me and said they were close by and could make it today! How cool is that! Plus the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Update: well it was great they came a day early, but this she wasn't resolved and they wouldn't let me reopen the case and have a technician back. I just happened to go through another provider.

Hi Chris, Thank you for your review. We do apologize, once work orders are closed the warranty company doesn't allow them to be reopened as claims have been submitted at that point. The requirement is that the customer has to contact the warranty company and request a new work order. I do apologize for this misstep on our part. However I am very pleased to hear that your appliance issue was resolved. In the future we would be more then happy to make this right for you if the opportunity presents itself.

Professional and patient

Jorlanis was very professional and patient, He explained what was damaged and needed repair. He repaired the ice maker and told me what I had to do. Showed me what he did to keep the heat from the refrigerator out of the ice maker. he was clean and removed everything.
