What a great scooter I really like it. I have had some issues. I wish Customer service was a little faster and parts are a long time in transit. Other than some small hiccups I am very satisfied with my purchase.
Hard to get parts and support. We are a repair service center and even in stock items on their website are an issue to get. Very little help, replied to emails like every couple days, beware when purchasing these expensive scooters the tech support and customer service is junk.
Follow up: their reply makes it look like we ordered the wrong part, which was not the case. Send pictures 2 times at their request and that still didn’t help. How frustrating!! Also took almost 16 days to get refund on an order that never shipped. Not a great experience

I recently purchased the N6 and am quite impressed overall! The build quality is solid, offering a smooth ride with good speed and acceleration. The battery life is decent, allowing for longer commutes without frequent charging. However, I did notice that the weight can be a bit cumbersome for carrying it upstairs or for transport. Despite this, it delivers a great riding experience, making it a solid choice for urban commuting. I would definitely recommend it.

I bought an N6 72V scooter from Nanrobot. I have well over 1000 miles on it. It’s been a daily driver to and from work. At least 15 miles a day round-trip, very reliable and very fast. Battery lasts a long time. Customer service has been excellent. And Lin Sarah has been helpful on FB. Love this scooter and love this company.
Very bad company I order parts 2 months ago online it say it was in stock but it wasn’t I order a battery 2 months ago I didn’t get it yet they said it would take 15-20 days still waiting in my battery now
Just owned my LS7 + for over a year, around 1500 miles. The speed is insane, and the battery life is impressive. Definitely worth the investment.
I ordered my very first scooter LS7+72V It is stable, and the ride is smooth. If they can improve the battery so it can be removed for charging, it will be more convenient for me.

I started off with a nanrobot RS7 2021 and it has been amazing. So much so that I bought a couple of D4 2.0 for my wife and I. We needed something smaller. So these fit the bill. I stuck with the grand and now I have the RS7, D4+ 2.0, D6, and a ls7. These scooters are well built and are a blast to ride.
My experience with this company has been nothing but phenomenal ✨️ . Awesome customer service 👏 and a very fun, fast, and well built scooter they offer.
They take way to long to ship parts

This company is horrendous. They sent us a defective $1800 scooter then we spent the next 6 days trying to get in touch with someone who eventually did via whatsapp. They offered us to "repair" a brand new scooter and when we demanded a replacement or a refund they ghosted us. I will be contacting my attorney.

I bought a secondhand Nanrobot d6 + with 159 miles on the clock. I was very impressed with the build quality and the comfort and not to mention the speed.
Anyway, on my 6th ride it started playing up so I took the battery cover off only to discover all the conduit covering was degrading and started to fuse together which could have caused the fire.
I bought replacement controller units ( after lots of messing about with unhelpful emails) both units took about a month to be delivered. The new units had the same poor quality wiring so I have lined them with shrink wrap to hold the protective covering in place so they do not start a fire.
Except for the poor wiring loom and control units ( Chinese units) not British standard, it's a great scooter. Side point, the high voltage connectors to the motors are rubbish so I have upgraded mine to high voltage connectors. Keep checking and all looks well
New units cost a few hundred plus to replace and it takes forever to be delivered and you have 14 days to return if wrong so keep that in mind.

I ordered the scooter from their third party vendor rideology they sold me a faulty scooter from day one I got the scooter I let them know about the issues that I had with the scooter riding it only one day a couple of days later got that issue fixed I got two flat tires after that and then the wiring or the electrical system happened and it wouldn't charge a power on anymore they tried to fix this issue via email and tutorials on YouTube I was still within my warranty they took 8 months to take the scooter back and when they get it back they said it was misrepresented it been in an accident and blah blah blah and they cancel my warranty never get a scooter from nanRobot or rydology overall they will do is take weeks to reply via email and now I'm goin to take legal actions because the screwed me out of $3000 and they kept sending me lcd display screens to resolve the issue and they knew that wasn't the CASE THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS
Ordered a scooter as a gift to my son for Christmas. The scooter came defective. The number provided on the site for assistance in English is not in service. I emailed them and after some back and forth, they offered to replace the scooter to which I agreed. I dragged the heavy box to UPS drop off and emailed them a receipt of shipment. When I asked them when will I be getting the replacement, they said they will ship it out AFTER they recieve the damaged one. This is not acceptable. I should not have to wait for them to recieve their defective scooter to recieve my replacement. It is their fault that a defective scooter was sent out in the first place, should have done a proper inspection prior to shipment. Especially that the defect is immediately noticeable. In all it will take over a month for my son to get his Christmas present, and that's with a hope that the replacement won't have any issues.
